Food options where almost none existing, so after 20 mins on the phone had to settle...no carrots in restaurant, smh...I know covid 19 has everything all messed up but I have more food in my refrigerator at home. Was thinking of three stars because did get 2 free cakes but I think not

The food was pretty good and cooked well. We had the ribeye steaks which were cooked perfectly. Mine had a very big piece cartledge running though it, but it had great flavor. We also got blooming onions which were perfect. The shrimp on a skewer were not very good and the meal was pretty expensive, thus the 4 star vice five star review.

Very organized order and curbside service

The only problem we had was cold mashed potatoes and our wonderful server got right on bringing my bf out a brand new serving of them. The front of house manager even came to check up on it as well which was not necessary considering how minor it was. The food was delicious and the service was even better!

Food was good, just a little expensive for the quality. Service was friendly and fast. Downside some drunk backed into my car but the restaurant has no cameras and I'm out the $500 deductible.

You can tell how a place will be by how it's staff handles issues. James the manager was friendly and concerned about a minor issue with our order. I wasn't going to say anything but I was honest with another staff member and was "tattled" on (lol). He handled it and turned a pretty good experience into an amazing one! Thank you! Definitely recommending this particular establishment...

It was very accommodating for the party of 10 that we had. Service was great, as was the food!. Highly recommend Outback!

Exactly what you'd expect, which is what makes it wonderful.....if of course you enjoy perfectly cooked steaks, coconut shrimp, hot loaf bread and loaded baked potatoes. Wait staff seem to enjoy their jobs, helping whenever one passes. If you can, treat yourself to the bloomin onion and/or lava cake. Some day I'm going to go all out and do the full Monty. Christine was a perfect server. Thank you!

This is the 2nd outback steakhouse we are dining in, and this one is also great. We shall definitely return here again. Steaks are very good (not the best, but very good)

I thought I would try Outback’s delivery for the first time. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I ordered the small rib eye steak, mushrooms, and a Caesar salad. The steak was cooked exactly to my preference of medium rare, it was full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. The sides were tasty and for me, the portion was more than ample, I had leftovers. An important point I’d like to make is that the food was hot when it arrived. I have food delivery often and I must say that this delivery was fast! I couldn’t believe it when they texted me and told me my food was on its way. As I mentioned previously, this was the first and only time I’ve tried Outback’s delivery and I’m definitely going back for more.

Best clam chowder I have ever had. They make it fresh daily. They forgot our appetizer and brought our meal. We asked where appetizer was and it did not get ordered. Waitress was fabulous she felt so bad. So we got the chowder to go. My mouth is watering thinking of it. The meal itself was very good. We had the Australian special. 4 courses for I think range from 16.00 to 19.00. As all was very good. Manager and waitress were so nice about the missed appetizer but better for us. We got to try the clam chowder. Enjoy if you go.

Our food was bland.. The manager came to our table and replaced all of our pasta dishes.. the service was exceptional. Thanks Ashlee our server and Jordin the manager.. I'll try them again..

I ate at Outback, New London, CT on Sunday, January 12, 2020 with three others. We started with the Bloomin' Onion which was next to inedible. The deep fried mix on the onion was salt with seasonings. The dipping sauce was salt mixed with spicy seasonings and mayo, sour cream or the like. Next course - steaks with potato and vegetable sides. We were told they come with a seven pepper rub and was that okay. We said okay. Mistake...the "rub" was salt with pepper and spicy seasonings with a soy sauce tasting juice. One at our table did not finish his steak. Another member of our lunch crew could not eat the mashed potato because of the loaded salt. I took my loaded baked potato home. When I tasted it later in the day, it too was inedible. The potato was loaded with salt not only on the inside but the outside of the potato as well. The only saving grace to this establishment was the fresh, in season vegetables. Steamed to perfection and NO salt added. And, the carrot cake was delicious after scraping off the overuse of sprinkled cinnamon that was all over the top. In summary - - RIDICULOUS USE OF SALT AND SPICES IN THIS RESTAURANT. Made the entire meal AWFUL. We will not eat here again.
