Really disappointed with our order. We are new to the area and the place came recommended for a birthday dinner. The food was over 30 minutes late with no notification from the restaurant or driver. Lo and behold it arrived cold and part of the food was inedible and had to be tossed because it had become so soggy. To add insult to injury we were charged to upgrade an item and but it was wrong when it arrived. Will add this to our list of places to not order from again.

I wanted to order a extra cheese extra cheese small pizza they wanted to charge me $18.08 for that pizza. I asked the girl how come so much for a small pizza. She told me that's the price ! Than I asked to speak to the owner. she told me she was the manager and anything I want to talk about I should talk to her! Than I asked her if I came down to talk to owner what would he say,she said he probably wouldn't be there to speak to me. Before this place was good but now it's terrible!

I HATE to do this, but legit the worst pizza I have ever had, no hyperbole. Lots of great pizza in the area, this isn't it.

it's been. now two hours waiting for my food the lady on phone os fucking rude and down roght disrespectful it is 8:26 pm november 7 my children are waiting for there food that i have promised them! it was there turn to choose d and i don't break my promise

We had been loyal costumers for 5 years, ordering at least three times a month. They used to have the best bbq chicken pizza, but the last two times this month the food we ordered for pick up and delivery was not good at all. The first time, the bbq chicken pizza just had burnt cut up pieces of chicken tender, burnt bacon, very little bbq sauce, no onion and no cheese; we didn’t realize it until we got to our destination after picking it up. We gave it another chance and ordered delivery last night for our kids and their sitter, we ordered bbq chicken pizza……no bacon, no onion, almost no cheese, a lot of buffalo sauce with bbq sauce on top, and burnt cut up chicken tenders…it was inedible, specially that mixture of buffalo and bbq sauce…chicken tenders and fries for the kids were almost inedible as well as they were burnt. Definitely a long way from what they used to serve not long ago

Quiet but delightful little pizza place tucked in a quiet corner of New London. The pizza is delicious, the staff is excellent, and the atmosphere is just right for a quick getaway and bite to eat.

Very laid back atmosphere... Local appeal to the community. Pizza was great!!! Perfect crispy crust... I had the cheese and the buffalo chicken pizza with a Sam Adams Octoberfest. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great Pizza. Probably some of the best I've ever had. Chicken bacon ranch white pizza and bbq chicken pizza are both amazing. The prices are unbeatable. Whole pies and slices for sale, menus by register.

Don’t bother wasting your money. They make you wait an hour or more for your food. Then when the mess it up it takes another hour for them to bring the correct food. They are also very rude and try to claim they don’t have change to get a bigger tip.

My husband ordered a party pizza from here and it was delivered COLD. Him and his friends called them for about 20 mins from all of their phones and no one answered. Finally, I called & a guy answered and I explained to him what happened and he was rude. I asked for either a refund or a remake of the pizza and then asked to speak to the manager. The manager answered the phone and was also giving me an attitude so I of course was NOT taking another pizza from them. I went to pick up the money and her tone of voice was completely different as if she never gave me an attitude. Never again will i order from them. They're lucky I had to even give them one damn star to be able to post a review.

Love supporting small businesses, but after repeatedly ordering salads and at times also paying for extra dressing, and not receiving even a single dressing that naturally comes with a salad anywhere, we will take our business elsewhere. Only have so long for lunch break and no access to my own dressing. Save yourself the wasted money and meals you can barely eat and go directly across the street to Mr Gs or any other business in the area. Why ask what dressing you want in the first place and send nothing? Common sense goes a long way. And this is not the first time, hence why my coworkers and workplace and our family will be taking our business elsewhere. This time my money is quoted to be refunded, but 7-10 business days, either way a loss all around.
