I’ve ordered here twice since new owners and they can’t seem to get the order correct, also how is it that you promote closing at 11PM on google and when I call to confirm your making up random closing times on the phone earlier than what you have marked?

I ordered delivery & my food wasn't cooked properly, and I asked for bacon & didn't receive it & there was a hair in one of my subs. When I asked for a refund Meena told me no!!! And my doordash driver told me that when they went in to pick up my order they they weren't wearing shoes or SOCKS!!!

The person allowed 4 fraudulent orders placed on my stolen credit card eventhough I spoke directly to the lady when I received first email. I live in NY and told her and she still allowed the orders to process and the person she named "son" picked up. Greedy business because she was fully aware. She may have been in on it. I plan to file police report from NY and spread the word that this restaurant has ZERO integrity!UPDATE... I have filed police report and on Monday the manager called and said she would reverse the charges and here we are at Friday and she did not. I have contacted subway Corp and awaiting response as no phone reps avail.

The attitudes and atmosphere over there are horrible when you walked in there. They never acknowledge your request when it’s made and if you were to ask for more than two dressing in your sandwich; here they go start slapping everything on the sandwich. And if you don’t tip them, they just throw the sandwich at you. Both men and women working there are horrible workers.
