The person allowed 4 fraudulent orders placed on my stolen credit card eventhough I spoke directly to the lady when I received first email. I live in NY and told her and she still allowed the orders to process and the person she named "son" picked up. Greedy business because she was fully aware. She may have been in on it. I plan to file police report from NY and spread the word that this restaurant has ZERO integrity!UPDATE... I have filed police report and on Monday the manager called and said she would reverse the charges and here we are at Friday and she did not. I have contacted subway Corp and awaiting response as no phone reps avail.

The attitudes and atmosphere over there are horrible when you walked in there. They never acknowledge your request when it’s made and if you were to ask for more than two dressing in your sandwich; here they go start slapping everything on the sandwich. And if you don’t tip them, they just throw the sandwich at you. Both men and women working there are horrible workers.

New owners (man and woman working the counter) of the Colman street Subway seem to seek to rip off customers one at a time… when they can get away with it. I ordered a 6” off the menu ($6 and change). The woman ringing it up asked if I wanted a drink, no thank you, I handed her a $10 bill. She took a long time to make change, the guy came to the register to check her and I realized later that all I got back was a few coins. Charged over $9 for a $6 six inch sub. I Just heard they did the same thing this evening to a friend of mine. We don’t need these people preying on the good people of New London. One star because there doesn’t seem to be an option for zero!

Awful owners. They verbally degrade you which you should never do to someone and definitely shouldn't do it to your customers if you want anyone to order from you. I had to unfortunately stop here and God forbid I asked for extra onion....she immediately said I didn't need more of that and then pointed to my body. Excuse me? Its. Onions.The salad was barely there, skimped completely on everything especially the spinach because why? Then they started trash talking about me to one another. How do I know? Because I understood some of what they were saying. Don't be like these people. Not to mention the mass amount of bots they pay for. I wish they would get shut down here.

Waited 24 minutes only to be told "the remaing bread upfront was for online orders only". But we could see 2 racks of bread in the back, so they had plenty... The employee could easily have told us "we're low on bread" 23 minutes earlier. This isn't the first time I've had issues. Pure mismanagement.
