I am traveling alone for work and am back it CT. I was warmly welcomed and offered to sit at the counter. There were some empty tables and I asked if I could sit at a table. I understand that being the weekend those are reserved for larger parties. However, I was allowed to sit at a table, and proceeded to place my order. I ordered the #2 which came with two eggs, toast, home fries and a choice of meat.The eggs were perfectly cooked to order. The home fries were flavorful and I decided to forgo the ketchup (which I have used at other establishments in order to give the home fries flavor). The cinnamon raisin toast was perfect. The bacon was crispy. If you are in New London sometime you will not be disappointed if you stopped here for brunch.

Don’t be on a food delivery app if you can’t fulfillThe orders ! And they don’t answer the phone ever when they finally answered the phone they told me they forgot to put the ticket in and I didn’t get my food till almost two hours later terrible service go else where !

Food was amazing, service was great too. The only complaint was that, while we were eating, there were two different songs being played over the speaker system. A Latin American song and a song from the 80’s.. I’m thinking ( Michael Bolton, Michael Macdonald, something similar to them) I don’t know if one was meant for the kitchen and the other was meant for the patrons, but it was almost maddening. Thankfully it wasn’t that loud. My gf and I were able to tune it out for the most part but we both would have been fine with either genre of music if they just picked one song and stuck with it..We still gave 5 stars because we’re hoping it was a one time occurrence. Definitely will try to come back there again.

Had dinner at a private event here,Luis our server/bartender managed to give all 16 of us top notch customer service, tripping over himself to accommodate all of us between taking orders, making drinks, topping off waters, with a smile on his face.It took a little while to get all of the dishes out but that is to be expected when 16 orders go in at the same time.The food was fantastic all around, I was envious of the guy sitting across from me who ordered the ceviche, it looked incredible and Immediately regretted not ordering it.Not being super hungry I ordered a salad (which was fresh and exactly what I wanted)It says a lot about a place to get a 5 star review from me based solely off the service, a salad, and the reactions of the people around me.It's amazing that after years of being open the quality has never changed

TERRIBLE SERVICEI asked the waiter what one of the menu items was and he replied food then I said ok. He left and never came back to take my order now my friend only got her food and I didn’t get my order taken. So I just didn’t eat anything. Don’t recommend coming here.
