Taco Bells seem like they can be hit or miss so I rarely go these days but this one had it together, the food came out very quickly and everything was in order and as expected.

I didn’t think this was possible but this Taco Bell is just as bad as the one in Groton. Loooooooong wait times in the drive thru. I was in the drive thru for 40 minutes total, including waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone took my order. Ridiculously slow. Avoid this Taco Bell if you can.

Doesn’t matter if you’re the only car in the drive thru, expect to wait north of 40 minutes for ANY ORDER doesn’t matter if it’s an online order or a window order the crew here genuinely doesn’t seem to have a single clue what’s going on and gets it correct MAYBE 10% of the time. It’s worth driving over the bridge to Groton even if you’re a new London resident; I live 30 seconds away from this TB and I have no problem driving right by it for more convenient options

Drive through is always at a stand still for 15 minutes, went inside hoping it would be faster, 35 minutes later still no food and i paid on the self service screen so now cant leave without wasting 30 dollars.. slowest taco bell in the area

They always got a DAMN attitude!!! I’m ready to smack a girl with a burrito next time I get attitude in that damn drive thru. I barely even got my burrito just a whole bunch of DISRESPECT PERIOD!!!! I WANT CORPORATES NUMBER ASAP CLOCK IT!!

Why is the night shift crew so slow!! takes forever for me to get to the window to get my food!
Asked for a Mountain Dew Baja blast, instead of getting a Mountain Dew Baja blast they gave me regular Mountain Dew and didn’t tell me!!! So dishonest, once I noticed the different color when the drink was in my car, I told the cashier this isn’t Baja blast, and she said sorry, we are all out. I said, why wouldn’t you tell me before I got the soda, and I asked for a Baja blast slushee instead. She said it would cost extra. I said are you kidding me? I have to pay extra after you tried to deceive me and give me the wrong drink and not tell me. Not coming back here.
