The employees straight up refuse to do their jobs. Even when it’s slow, it’ll take 15-20 minutes for just a few tacos. I’ve repeatedly seen people in line leave to another next door drive thru and get their food before i’ve moved an inch. It’s insane the money this franchise wastes not hiring new staff.

Just waited in the drive through for 40+ minutes. 6PM Monday. I don’t expect speedy at this point but this was egregious. If I hadn’t already paid for my order I wouldn’t have stayed.

Ordered from the app and drove to pick up. Waited in line for 25 minutes. Had items missing, went back in the store where I stood for atleast 5 minutes without anyone coming to the counter, atleast 4 people looked and acknowledged I was standing there while I requested assistance. Screaming and swearing from the staff in the back. Absolutely mind blowing lack of service.

Waited a half hour in the drive thru for an order I replaced online. I wouldnt have minded, if my food was made correctly. Or at least what I paid for? Every single time I order here its a waste of my time. 2 weeks ago I placed a complaint requesting a follow up because my entire $60 order was messed up and I didnt have the patience to wait another hour to be assisted. No follow up, just a waste of my money. Today, once again, my entire order is wrong, including a half empty drink and an attitude from the girl at the window. I'd give zero stars if I could. No one cares about their job or their responsibilities at this location.
I'm not sure what is happening at this location but I've never gone to a taco bell that takes over 20 min to make orders. The lines here are always so long and I always feel so bad about it because the workers here are genuinely so kind/understanding, its obvious they're understaffed and overworked.

I didn’t think this was possible but this Taco Bell is just as bad as the one in Groton. Loooooooong wait times in the drive thru. I was in the drive thru for 40 minutes total, including waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone took my order. Ridiculously slow. Avoid this Taco Bell if you can.
