i’m currently sitting in the drive-through line while I write this review I’ve been here for almost an hour. I placed my mobile order over an hour ago. I understand being short staffed and maybe taking a little bit longer but over an hour is kind of crazy. this taco bell seriously needs new staff and new management. i arrived at 8:36pm it’s currently 9:19pm and im not even to the drive thru window yet.

Generally my Taco Bell order is messed up due to an unreasonable amount of modifications I place on my Caliente Cantina Chicken Bowl with easy rice, add jalapeño, no guacamole, and no sour cream, but this location got it right!!! Waited for about five minutes and my whole family’s food was ready and correct! Good cleanliness and hot sauce selection. Also nice tables!

Food took way too long, which I assume it was because the beef wasn't ready yet and needed to be cooked because it was made well. However, no one at the window shared any information with us and we waited over ten minutes. And then our salsa wasn't in the bag. Just frustrating, inform your customers and have a more sincere apology.

We ordered two grilled cheese burritos but were given a single order of cheesy dipping burritos. Not a big deal, except that we were charged for the price of the grilled cheese burritos. Paid $12 for 2 tiny bite sized things and a small drink.

The locos taco and cinnamon twists taste like crap. The cheese or whatever that white sauce was supposed to be tasted like it had been left out in the sun all day and left past the alloted time. The cinnamon twists tasted stale as hell. It wasn't even passable. The locos taco was made half ass and tasted rotten. I normally love eating the food, but now I will NEVER eat here again

Inside service is perfectly fine and the food is what you would expect from Taco Bell, however in what universe should I be sitting at the order window at the drive thru for 13 minutes waiting to take my order? had a line of cars behind me so I ended up driving away after people started honking, I don't know if they were just super busy inside or the person in front of me ordered the whole menu but regardless 13 minutes waiting to take my order at the drive thru is 13 minutes too long.

Always pretty amazing food and they're the fastest taco bell around, I have had to wait at other taco bells even when they're not busy for like 30 mins keep it up!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I don't know if there's a manager in the store at night, but the workers are always standing around or playing. I have always had missing food or the wrong order EVERY TIME I'VE COME TO THIS RESTAURANT!! I ordered delivery through Uber Eats and the delivery driver said that there was no sense in trying to go back to get my food because of how ignorant the workers were acting. It's a shame because I love Taco Bell, but I will NEVER order there again!! Enough is enough!!

I do DoorDash on the side for extra cash. Tonight there was a storm. I was scheduled to pick up an order by 10:15. It took them 30 minutes to make ONE quesadilla and a drink and there was only 3 dashers with very small orders ahead of me. When I showed up they too let me know they waited 15-20 minutes and even longer. I had to help one man cancel his customer because the wait time was ridiculous. Why is it taking 4 GROWN MEN 30 minutes to make an order. Idk if they were high or what but it made no sense. When I was talking to them it’s as if they just couldn’t understand English… “did you put the sauces in the bag?” “Idk”….. how do you not know???? Then took 3 minutes to put the sauce in the bag… why are y’all literally moving in slow motion… is it drugs???

If you go at night time there are so many people working especially when you do drive-thru they are so horrible they take so much time to make your order even though there are so many people working. Every time when I go at night time, they mess up my order!

Spent 25 mins waiting for 3 burritos but they had no problem blowing out 15+ people on the drive thru. And the night manager is very rude and refused to give met her name. I will be calling corporate
