I come all the time and this was definitely THE WORST time I ever came... First I waited like 20 minutes for my order, food not even wrapped correctly, didn't have 3 different kinds of soda I had asked for, and order was missing food. Definitely the worst visit by far, totally disappointed....

There was a gentleman a big gentleman black with braids or dreads not sure I just know that he was very attentive and he was moving very fast and he was very particular I'm mindful the other employees seemed to be frazzled and he handled himself very professionally and took care of both the window and the counter and I just want to say I appreciate him I was very short for time thank you

Went here and ordered around 24$ worth of food. it took a while, which i completely understand. however, when i got my food, it was the wrong order. by the time i got home to eat, i was greatly dissapointed. it was the wrong order. maybe 10$ worth of food. maybe its on me for not checking. however something did seem off about the woman at the window. will not go again.

Wow, I didn’t know it was possible for a Taco Bell to be worse than the one in Groton but by some miracle this Taco Bell has done it. Congratulations on being the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to ever.They forgot a quesadilla, gave us regular soda instead of diet (and it was strangely thick and sickly sweet like it was mostly syrup) overcooked potatoes, dry crunch wrap. Just everything wrong wow and they weren’t even busy. Like literally a ghost town. At least the Groton Taco Bell is busy when they suck.
