The Spice Palette Indian Cuisine

Came in here for dinner on Friday expecting a wait and was immediately seated!

Food was fantastic! I can now specifically vouch for the quality of their chicken curry, chicken normal, pepper chicken, and butter chicken! I'm confident that is a large enough sample size to assume everything else is good too.

Overall a fantastic place to sit down for great food, or order ahead and pick it up!

The food was amazing! Hands down the best Indian food in New England! The service was amazing!

Delicious food, friendly service

We recently catered dinner from Spice Palatte for a party of ~30 people. They were very easy to communicate with and delivered the food right on time, nice and hot. Everything we ordered (Veg pulao, baingan bagaare, malai kofta, daal tadka, paneer tikka, lasooni gobi) were all delicious and a big hit at the party. Moreover, they were willing to make minor adjustments based on the specific needs of our party. We highly recommend ordering from Spice Palatte for future catering needs.

Good food chicken tikka masala is best

The spice palette is very welcoming, great customer service, staff patient with menu questions and suggestions. Our dinner was selected from the vegetarian/vegan menu and did not disappoint. Portion size is perfect as we like options. Also great for sharing. Our selections easily fed 4. half of our dinner was taken home as it was too delicious to leave behind. We say the BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT in new London .

Perfect dining experience, from start to finish. My daughter and I had cocktails, appetizers, soup, and entrees. Each item was customized to our preferred degree of spiciness. Gluten-free options are abundant. Staff is helpful with suggestions, always attentive, and never rushed us. Comfortable dining room with music that doesn't overpower conversation. If we lived in CT we would be back all the time!

This is our new favorite shoreline Indian food. Every dish we bordered came out hot and delicious. The service is always good. The ambiance was lovely.

TDLR: The food for take out was subpar to what was served 2 months ago while dining in.

2 months ago, my girlfriend and I went to this Restaurant out of curiosity and it was amazing. We ordered the chicken tika masala, lamb berriani, lentil soup, a lamb rice dish, garlic naan and a icecream/dessert. Everything tasted amazing in the Restaraunt.

A month later we ordered delivery and it did not taste close to what we had during dine in and thought it was a fluke.

Fast forward to today, we decided to order take out today and what we ordered tasted different. However I do know that takeout will never be the same experience but the garlic naan came soggy (we ate it right away ~3 minute drive) and the lentil soup was subpar.

Excellent service, food was delicious, and the dining room is clean and cozy. Definitely will be coming back here. Slightly expensive but it’s not a problem for the experience I had.

By far my favorite restaurant. Both the food and service are incredible, and the dining room is fabulous with a tastefully designed dome ceiling. We recently had a table of 8 and everyone was blown away by the presentation of dishes that can be bland-looking out of the kitchen in most Indian restaurants. Being vegetarian, good restaurants with lots of veg dishes are hard to find. The Spice Palette has exceeded what I have come to expect in dining out, and the staff is so nice!!!
