Visiting from NY, stopped by for a quick bite. I was pleasantly surprised and will only come here in the future. Rice was perfect and oxtail fell off the bone. Flavor all the way through. Beef patties were seasoned well and had a good flake. Not sure where they get that carrot cake from but it was sooo good. Idk if Tony was the guy at the front but he was very welcoming to us. Real spot come check it out if you know

Authentic Caribbean food! The Oxtail and Jerk Chicken is to die for. I come here a few times a week. Been coming here for 8 years. Tony always hooks it up! I would love if the oxtail and jerk chicken were a little more spicy but you cant please everyone and if it were to spicy most people wouldn't eat it. If you have never had oxtail its time to give it a try!

Went inside not knowing what oxtail tasted like. Left with a wonderful portion of curry chicken, rice, veggies, and oxtail. My life will never be the same. I've missed out for to long haha. I will DEFINITELY be making the 30 min drive to pick up some food

I will travel to hartford to get my Caribbean food, which is sad. When I live 5 mins from this location..I'm not sure why the Caribbean spot on Broad Street is close. Please reopen...
Delicious, authentic Jamaican food. I can't remember having jerk chicken this good. It is takeout only, but Tony gave great advice to go to the waterfront and enjoy the food. If your heading to the beach, seeing by here for fast, delicious island food.
