Small space but it's cozy and great for conversation with loved ones. Beautiful decorations, friendly staff. However, I've lived in CT, RI, and MA and out of all three states (and the many breweries I've tried while residing in each), this brewery has the best stout I've had in over a decade (their other beers are also great but I'm a stout person). I'm very disappointed Man O' War allegedly won't be staying on the menu, but if this is the caliber this brewery can create I'll happily try anything they come up with!

Visited on a rainy Saturday night. Nice comfortable atmosphere inside with a good selection of crafter brews. Innovative naming and labeling. They had a food truck outside to be able to support dining but you could also order in via GrubHub. Would definitely visit again.

Tox Brewing Company is a craft brewery that opened in New London, Connecticut in April 2019. It was founded by long-time friends Dayne Lasky, Michael Zaccaro and their business partner Jon Ahlcrona. Dayne and Mike grew up in New London County and have been friends since they were in preschool. As they got older, one of their shared interests became craft beer. Eventually they became bandmates with Jon. The three became good friends and bonded over their shared interest of homebrewing. They had a dream of opening a brewery together and soon that dream became a reality. Dayne has a background in toxicology and also has an interest in poison, antidotes, and plants with natural healing properties. This inspired the partners to name their brewery "Tox" and feature a poison dart frog as their logo. They setup shop inside an old fruit market and the popularity of their beer quickly took off. Now that Tox has outgrown their space, they plan to move to downtown New London and open a 10,000-square-foot taproom and production facility. I recently visited Tox Brewing for the first time with some of my cycling teammates. Although it was my first visit to the brewery, I've actually tried some of their beers already. Due to their small size, they sometimes brew beer out of Twelve Percent Beer Project in my hometown of North Haven. My visit happened to coincide with the brewery's annual 'Toxstock' Festival. I decided to order a flight of four samples including "Fugu" (IPA), "Angel Wings" (IPA), "Periwinkle" (Double IPA), and "Belladonna" (Chocolate Coconut Stout). I thoroughly enjoyed every single beer that I sampled! I also really liked the souvenir taster glass which resembled a chemistry beaker. I'll continue to try Tox's beers whenever I see them at Twelve Percent, and I look forward to their new location opening in downtown New London!

Great beer! If you have kids make sure to ask for the stick on tattoos.

Great tasting beer with friendly staff. They had a good variety of styles and I really liked the Angel Wings. I love their unique flight system (4 fills of a glass rather than a line of 4 glasses at once) and that I get to keep the tasting beaker. This makes my science n*** heart happy.

Hey, man! So check it out, I've been sippin' on beers from this brewery for a while now, you know? There's this bottle shop at one of my pads in South Carolina that sells 'em, and I'm all over it. Anyway, we're pushin' the clock as we roll into the joint, only 30 minutes before closing, but the bar girls, man, they're super friendly and nice. Spreadin' good vibes like a cloud of smoke. So I'm like, "Give me a flight, dude!" And let me tell ya, they do it different than any other brewery I've been to. They give you this glass that's shaped like a beaker, like some mad scientist brewin' up magic. And they give you these three tokens. So you start with your first beer in the beaker, and when you're ready for the next one, you take a token back to the bar, man. It's like a beer adventure, one sip at a time. But hey, I'd hate to wait in a line for each beer in my flight. Lucky for me, there was no line, man. I'm like a smooth sailin' ship. And let's talk about the beers, man. They were all great, just as I expected! Like a symphony of flavors dancin' on my taste buds, harmonizin' my senses. I wish I had more time at this place, you know? But time, man, it's like a cosmic constraint handed out by the universe. Maybe one day, I'll make my way back there and dive into the beer wonderland once again. So, if you're lookin' for a friendly brew crew and a unique flight experience, this joint's got you covered, my friend. Just make sure you catch 'em before closing time, or you might be left hangin'. Cheers to great beers and good times, man!

Needed to fill some time and stopped in, so glad we did! Best brewery we visited in the area, and 2nd place was distant. Small selection of games, indoor/outdoor seating, and cans to take home your favorites!

We really enjoyed Tox Brewing Company. They had an interesting and ecclectic variety of their own pubbrewed beers, ales, ciders. Staff was very friendly & attentive. They do not have a kitchen, but they welcome you bringing take out from other restaurants. The company has an interesting origin story involving, 2 childhood friends who founded it in 2019. The only downside is the location. It is not near the water/river. If you are in New London we recommend it.

Erin and the girls are the best as always

There is no such thing as a bad beer here. This is THE best brewery in Connecticut, hands down. The staff is friendly and feel like family. The beer is beyond incredible.
