Y’all gotta hire more ppl at 5 pm rush. 20 mins for fast food is crazy

Not good. Haven’t been to a Wendy’s in a while. On a road trip with my kids and they wanted to try frosties. The food was fine. The restaurant and service were terrible. Bathrooms were gross - flies all over toilet, puddles on floor. There was also a massive spill - I hope a beverage - by the beverage/condiments area that no one was paying attention to, just puddles in the bathroom, puddles in the restaurant. The service was not good either. Ordered a kids meal, didn’t get the apple slices, and I had to ask a second time to get one of the two frosties I ordered. Very unappetizing experience. I hope this is not reflective of Wendy’s in general, I loved it growing up.

I went here on 10/09 around 1:35 and they were already closed. I had already ordered food on the mobile app and I couldn’t even pick it up. Don’t say you’re open till 2 am if you’re clearly not.

Is this a scam???? It took me a little while to process what just happened. My total came to $9.96, and when I got to the window, the cashier handed me back $10 and said, “Sorry, we don’t carry pennies anymore.” I told her it was fine and pulled up, but then I started thinking about it.
How is it possible that a business doesn’t carry pennies? Customers pay with them, so where do they go? If pennies aren’t given back, that means the company is essentially keeping people’s change. Four cents may not seem like a big deal, but if it happens on almost every transaction, that adds up to a lot of money. It’s not going to the employees or the customers—it just goes straight to the franchise owner.
I’ve never heard of a policy like this before. I do want to say the food was very good, and I’ll come back, but this really needs to be addressed.

2023 The drive thru is a little slow, compared to others drive thrus, and it would be nice to have salad dressing when I order a salad...
2025 they forgot my drink, didn’t give me the sauce, and there were 9/10 nuggets, also the portion sizes got smaller 😒

The quality of food and service is miles ahead of locations in the Midwest. Probably the best fries from any Wendy's location i have ever had.

Restaurantji Recommends
Slow delivery compared to other Wendy's. They had plenty of staff, but there seemed to be either confusion or they were just moving slowly. The drive through was back up to the road. I went inside and there were probably 4 people/families in front of me. No one was working the front counter to take orders. Overall it probably too at least 10 mins to receive my cheeseburger, fries, and a Frosty. Inside was slightly disorganized. Need a good straightening up and some general repairs to the counters, etc.
