Really bad experience. I ordered a medium pep pizza and got a cheese pizza. The guy told me to come pick up the pizza and I did but he didn’t say to bring the old one. I went to his store and he wanted the cheese pizza back. He said he could resell it. Gross!

I used to love this place but as of the past few orders they have been terrible food wrong taste horrible over priced under cooked and or overcooked management is always rude argumentative hanging up on me when I called to resolve the issue at hand never got receipt for anything but I want to say that Groton wings and pies are amazing unlike New London who clearly doesn't have proper management or cooks they completely gave me another order when I called to rectify the situation I was placed on hold then told what do you want me to do about it then he hung up on me so Sunday night 4/7/24 at 9 30 my dinner was terrible especially considering I didn't order what I received then hung up on

I ordered a small Al Pollo Chicken pizza. Pollo means CHICKEN.. there was no chicken on the pizza at all. I called to complain and the worker says the chef put “tiny pieces” on the pizza, which wasn’t true. I reiterated that there was no chicken on the pizza.. his response was “are you calling my chef a liar?” then tells me its going to take 4 hours to send me a new pizza.

DoorDashed as I got stuck late at work. There was hardly any meat on my $14 sub and the onion rings were mildly soggy. It's been a couple years but I used to frequent Wings n Pies in Willi and the subs were always stuffed with premium cold cuts. Not the pre-processed mush pressed into shape that came in my dinner tonight. Sorely disappointed.

Ordered a meatball grinder for delivery. Took a bite of it and bit into something, i think chicken, but whatever it was it was bad and not a meatball grinder. I called the store. They told me "well you touched it so there is nothing we can do". Litterally the most ridiculous answer that could be given.

I ordered chicken tenders and garlic bread w/ cheese and when I tell you it was THE MOST NASTIEST food I’ve ever tasted‼️ The honey mustard sauce was already poured on the tenders and the cheese on the garlic bread was partially melted, I had to bake it some more for the cheese to fully melt. I had a couple of bites & threw the rest of it away. $37.16 (I tipped $10 for delivery driver) wasted.

Plastic utensils had to ask for extra plate to share the food and we were given 1 paper plate. We were the only guests in the restaurant at 1245pm.Disappointed in the place food was just ok.
