This is our favorite local restaurant. My kids are obsessed with their spaghetti and meatballs. We’ve tried many different entrees and loved each of them. Authentic and delicious Italian food. Gluten free pasta options are delicious. Brickhouse is also our go to for pizza, best in the area! We’ve used their catering for a family party and everyone raved about how good it was- especially the penne alla vodka! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate and the prices cant be beat.
Brickhouse is always welcoming and comfortable . On this particular night, we enjoyed a great early dinner of pasta and seafood (with, of course, the great Brickhouse salad and their outstanding vinaigrette dressing - which I think they should bottle and sell). When we left, we found that a wintry evening had set in very quickly.
We wandered in on a Saturday around 6pm, and the place was hopping, busy to the gills with take outs and with dine in. The owner (very kind) managed to get us a table for 4 quickly. The wait to order took about 20min, but from that point things came our relatively quickly. The dinner meals come with a salad, simple, but ok. We ordered linguine & clams, penne ala vodka, veal, and kids penne with butter.
