I drive 30 minutes for chipotle… when a customer orders chicken and there’s literally shavings of chicken at the bottom of the bowl get a new freaking container. I don’t wanna spend almost $20 for scrapping of chicken. It’s ridiculous.

i’ve always had pretty good meals here. it’s not phenomenal, but i can’t complain too much when you order from a chain restaurant. the portions are way too small and the tables are ALWAYS dirty so i never sit inside and eat. id much rather eat in my car. however, the food is flavorful and their guac is too die for!

This was my first time eating at a chipotle. The food tasted great, and the burrito was quite good for a fast food restaurant; however, soon after consuming my meal, I began to feel stomach upset and experienced diarrhea. Though I do not have any definitive evidence that the diarrhea was caused by the food, the connection is quite clear. Additionally, one of the staff members failed to serve mixed rice despite a clear order being placed. In summary, the food was tasty and cost-effective for the portion size but not worth risking your digestive health.

When we went into order there was one table taken. All other tables were available but dirty. We had to clean our own table. And while sitting there for over half an hour none of the other tables were ever cleaned

They’re always out of lettuce,cheese etc you name it. This location is short staff & always short on toppings. Just go to Danbury & eat somewhere else. Don’t bother coming to this New Milford location.
Food is most of the time cooked well but last three times I’ve been here I’ve ordered a burrito with cheese in it and I can’t even get that they’re never consistent at this place at this point I will not be returning till the get some real management around this place!

The Danbury Mall Chipotle in CT was so disgusting last night inside the restaurant (Jan 10). There was trash everywhere, no tables wiped down, my shoes were sticking to the floor it was so sticky, the rice in my bowl was hard and not fresh, the soda machines were sticky and all water. The place was an absolute mess!!! With food being so expensive these days, the service and atmosphere should be clean!!!!!!! How does this happen?!?! Who is taking care of this place?!?!?! Horrible!!!! I am a loyal and frequent customer of Chipotle other places, but the Danbury Mall location, what a mess! Needs attention quick!

6 trash cans all of them over flowing, every table is filthy, out of multiple ingredients including taco shells, guy wrapping my burrito broke the entire thing and spilled half of the fillings and just continued to wrap it like nothing happened. Love chipotle more than any other fast food spot but this is a terrible representation of chipotle.
