We got a big takeout order for my daughter's birthday. She requested sushi. I ordered about 10 sushi rolls and pad Thai. The sushi rolls came in one big lidded tray, laid out so beautifully. Everything was delicious, not a speck went to waste. Completely delicious. We love this restaurant!
We’ve been going to Kumo for AYCE sushi since they opened and the food is great with a wide selection of sushi, rolls, appetizers, and entrees. The staff is fast and friendly.

Kumo Japanese Restaurant is a great spot for casual dining, known for all you can eat sushi. The food is great with a wide selection of sushi, rolls, appetizers, and entrees. Sushi is fresh, ingredients taste clean, and all food tastes fresh and delicious. The tuna avocado roll is very fresh, tasty, and the price is the best you'll find. The AYCE option offers excellent value; salad, soup, yakatori, sashimi, and sushi rolls are all good. Portions are smallish, but allows you to sample more of the menu. The staff is fast and friendly, always friendly and welcoming, polite, efficient, attentive, and great. Service is wonderful. The green tea is a nice complement to the meal. This is a medium sized sushi restaurant in New Milford.
