had a wonderful lunch with the girls! the Mediterranean Mezze appetizer platter was a great choice to sample various offerings: delicious. zucchini souffle pancakes were out of this world and very hearty! best falafels ever! great fattoush salad. excellent eggplant offerings and wonderful hummus. wonderful offerings for vegetarians and even vegans! also delicious custard to end with. highly recommend!
First time trying authentic Mediterranean food and I was very impressed! The food was delicious, service was great, and the prices were very reasonable. They even had a live pianist the night we went.
The owner was also very attentive and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

Went with a group of friends who ordered a variety of dishes from salads, eggplants @ kebabs . We had the meatball appetizer which was amazing & nothing like we’ve had before.
The staff was friendly & efficient.
The restaurant was spotless.
We didn’t have room for dessert but plan on returning for just appetizers & dessert.

Contempo Kitchen & Bar offers a wonderful dining experience with delicious Mediterranean food. The Mediterranean Mezze appetizer platter is a great choice to sample various offerings. The zucchini souffle pancakes are out of this world and very hearty, with the best falafels ever, great fattoush salad, excellent eggplant offerings, and wonderful hummus. There are wonderful offerings for vegetarians and even vegans, plus delicious custard to end with. The meatball appetizer is amazing and nothing like anything had before. The lamb and chicken kebab diners are cooked to perfection with the most delightful infusion of herbs and spices. The lamb shish kebab and mixed grill are excellent and good-value, with superb meats accompanied by a mini salad and two types of rice. The service is great, friendly, and efficient. The owner is attentive and welcoming. The restaurant is spotless with a decidedly Mediterranean/European ambience. Live piano music provides a romantic atmosphere. The new decor is very stylish and soothing, with spacious seating and walls decorated with original art. Prices are very reasonable. This is not a typical New Milford restaurant and is a great addition to the area.
