I ordered a couple of bagels and my order was screwed up. I ordered a everything bagel with extra cream cheese got one with very little, second I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel,I got a plain bagel with lots of cream cheese. Talked to manager to get compensated for the screw, I got well we are redoing your order. I know it hard to find good people to work. But the manager was rude.

After having issues with sugar free frozen coffees in the past, I kindly asked in the drive through to make sure that it had no sugar. I was told that if they keep giving me the sweetened one I should just stop ordering it.

Always the best experience! I called ahead for donuts and a box o’ Joe and it was all ready when I pulled up to the drive thru. Friendly server as usual!

Do you think the wax paper that separates your cheese slices belongs on a sandwich? I don’t think so either, so you can imagine when I bit down into my sandwich and then realized I had wax paper in my mouth, I was just a little frustrated. This was after waiting 10 minutes in a not busy drive through, my 4 year old even knew it was taking too long. Guess I’ll be going elsewhere from now on

I will never go in there again it’s a simple as that it has been issued after issue after issue not putting what I paid for in my order. I count my donuts and I’m one short this morning. It goes on and on I get a bagel that I asked with cream cheese on in a bag with the cream cheese with a knife like if I should be doing it myself. I have many stories to share. This is it I’m done worst Duncan I have ever gone to them in my life, I have shared this with the owner myself not too long ago because I am a very respectful person, but I have put up with so much to where they’re not seeing a dollar out of me ever ever again

This location is one of the best coffee and donuts, except the drive through service it’s Very slow. You can get stuck on the Drive through for 15-20 minutes now matter if it’s rush hour or slow rainy day. I almost got fired twice and had to switch location.

I get it- you’re short staffed and get paid crap. It was busy, but I got there just before the rush and waited 15 min for my order. But don’t lie to me and tell me you put my order out and someone must’ve grabbed it, when you put my order down by the drive thru window and you forgot. Then just say, oh that’s why, and not bother to apologize. Integrity. Goes a really long way.

Workers cared more for drive through than people waiting inside. I seen the same car pull into the drive though line as I walked in, I was able place an order within a minute of walking in but that same car was able to order and pay and get their food and take off before I got my food.

I had my on the go order ready to push the order, so I didn't need to pull over. Idk what happened. It disappeared, so I reordered another on the go, and it went to a different Dunkin. She didn't charge me. I appreciated that, I had my barcode out to pay, and she said no.

Today was my last purchase at Dunkin Donuts--particulary due to this unfortunate location. People drove around the parking lot to get to the drive thru and blocked cars entering from Dodd Road creating a hazard. I was blocked and could not budge. The wait was very long and the line barely moved. My order --one beverage--was wrong but I was charged for what I actually ordered. Also the price increased significantly from a few months ago when I was here. Not worth the hassle or the outrageous price.
