I haven’t been Panera in a while but decided to go on Tuesday 11/19. My experience was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to all my customizations to my sandwich. It was out very quickly and the food was nice and hot! The manager Nelly, was very nice with me and allowed me to change my side when I realized that I ordered the wrong one and allowed me to keep the one I originally ordered. I do recommend this cafe to have a nice warm meal!

Food was made correctly, and it tasted good as well. Most of the tables were clean. I dislike how ordering drinks works. When I order a bottle of water, I sometimes get it at the counter, and I sometimes need to get it from the front, which gets mildly annoying sometimes. Front end staff are wonderful though. Would recommend.

Went to order lunch and no one wanted my order. I waited for someone at the drive through and saw a sign come back during normal hours. It’s normal hours and finally someone said hello but I had already begun to drive off. Want the business please be ready and have the right signs up. I won’t be back and I’m a regular because I work nearby. Shame.

I usually never had a problem with this location , however I had a problem with my order from ordering on the app .And when I went to discuss it with the manager the moment he came over to me he was extremely rude and very dismissive. The entire time of the conversation VERY RUDE and is not how you greet a customer. Will never to back there again .

I usually get the steak sandwich. I've noticed lately they are using less steak and more onions. Complained and was told we always put the same amount of meat in every sandwich. Wrong.
I don't eat fast food so maybe I'm a bad judge but this was not good.

Very nice ambience. Counter service is helpful and courteous. Bathrooms are clean and neat, which is NOT the case in the Southbury Panera. This is the Panera to go to for sure!

The food and prices are fine however every single time I go the drive thru they mess up. Before I leave I review my order. Did I get chips, pickle etc. Every time yes yes. I get home and see disappointment. It shouldn't be that difficult. I don't open and examine the contents before as cars behind me. Hungry kid, etc.
