I ordered a large Mac n cheese for my kid and a bowl of adult soup for myself, spent $30 bucks. But the portions were so small I had to get up and ask the kitchen manager if this was correct because the portions were so so small , I was literally a appetizer for my son, the soup taste like it had a container of salt in it, the drinks were just sugar and water. Like seriously who’s running this place. I remember going to Panara bread and always having a great experience. But this is HORRIBLE.

It is 10am and the have NO bagels. They have very limited baked goods as well. You are a bakery and you have one job. I will buy my overpriced food elsewhere than buying overpriced food from you.

Went on my lunch to get food and as I’m eating my soup I see a large piece of wood. I take it out to make sure and sure enough it’s a huge piece of wood! I have tried to call Panera over 5 times and no one picks up the phone from an associate or manager and it’s not during busy times. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I am even more mad that I can not reach anyone at the store

What stands out recently: not sure who hired Justin but he is what makes the day! very attentive , hard worker, great customer service and generally good vibes. that guy should get a raise ! 3 to 3.5 stars normally ... he made you a 5 star review IMHO.management I hope you are listening!

BEWARE before you place a catering order at this location. We purchased over $500 worth of food. We received left over bagels and pastries thrown in a box from the night before horrible presentation and stale. No variety as it was only leftovers. No cups plates or utensils were offered. When we called the store we were told “the night baker packed it” and no further help was offered. Horrible business

On September 1, 2023, I went to Panera for lunch. I ordered a Southwestern salad to go. I ordered it without meat because I am a VEGETARIAN. When I opened the container, I found a Caesar salad with chicken. The roll was hard as a rock. No, I did not have lunch. I had their coffee and drove back to New York. It was a waste of time and money for me.
Just recently went to Panera in New Milford,CT.New employee at register. Order not correct. He was trying. Went to get food noted order not right. When pointed out, Manager rude, argumentative and lacked customer service skills. Certainly would have ordered another meal but due to his poor attitude, which by the way he demonstrated in front of his staff, I took what was on the counter and left.Will not ever return.Nor will the people with me who witnessed behavior.

The mac n cheese was more like soup. The green goddess caprese melt was terrible. There was no cheese. It was mostly dressing on bread. The baguette bread was like a rock. The food was terrible!!
