They overcharged me. For a medium Pepsi, 3 chicken soft taco Supremes, a chicken burrito & 3 chicken tenders; $39.00. I disputed the charge. Wait time was 10 minutes to get food as there were only 2 people, husband and wife working. Thinking they were the owners

I had a positive experience with this location through DoorDash. My order was accurate, hot (given the circumstances), and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about their drive-thru service.
I through the drive-thru at around 6:30PM on a Thursday night. Only 2 cars were in the lot and no one was ahead of me in line. Even still, my order was incorrect and I had to wait at the pickup window for a soda the cashier had forgotten.
I paid close to $18 for 3 Soft Shell Taco Supremes, a Pepsi, and the 2 Pack of Cinnabon Delights. Even given their reputation in recent years, Taco Bell needs to do better.

Taco bell has gone completely servers free...have to use the kiosk for ordering and your meal just appears on a rack.

Consistent with other Taco Bells. Although I am not too sure about the ordering kiosk. I ordered on the kiosk and still had to go to the counter to pay cash. How is this improving customer experience?
