Al Dente Ristorante is the best Italian restaurant in New Milford, serving divine traditional Italian food, including the best chicken francese in CT. From the bread and salad to the entrees and desserts, everything is phenomenal. Their house dressings, complimentary salad, and bread with oil are delicious. The homemade ravioli and lasagna are fabulous, with amazing desserts like cannoli, tiramisu, lemon cake, and chocolate mousse. The service is wonderful and friendly, making it a great place for events too, with old fashioned Italian standards done exceptionally well, like veal piccata and linguine with clams. A highly recommended spot for anyone looking for a real Italian dining experience.
