I got two Cheese steak sandwich. The sandwich was good, but it was low on the amount of meat on it. I have been to Arby in other states, I was disappointed with the amount of meat on this sandwich. Arby has a brand and tells everyone We got the meat, well Arby in Newington, ct does not. Please try to improve on your Cheese steak sandwich. You got the flavor right. But stop short cutting the meat.

K-pop is absolutely amazing employee. She has the best customer service and takes pride in her job to make people happy 😊.One word WOW! On 06/12/2025 This was not worth the hard earned money I work for the sandwich was poorly made and falling apart. The sandwich was very wet and almost like soup on a poorly made hotdog bun. $20 is way too much money. I ordered the Angus Cheese Sub for me and my wife. Very cheaply made food leaking through wrapper as well.

Staff were kind and friendly. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm to cool, mid afternoon when there were no more than a few customers in the restaurant or at the drive thru. More staff than customers. Surely food can be cooked to order at such a time so that it is fresh and hot. 5 stars for the staff. 0 Stars for whatever inane Corporate Policy requiring food to be ready and sitting getting cold during a time of day when customer traffic is slower than a snail climbing Mt. Ranier.

My meal at this Arby's location was disappointing. I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich meal. The roast beef was not hot and the sandwich roll was not fresh.

Service was good but they took 20 minutes to make a simple sandwich and fries. I would understand that if it was busy, but I counted only one family there (they were already eating) and maybe 2 people in the drive thru
