Got the Roasted vegetable pizza- crust was horrible and vegetables were big and just unappealing- I’ve have a lot of pizza in my day…. This was up there with one of the worst! Over- floured crust that was inedible in my opinion… NEVER going back!!!!

Walked in Bertuccis in Newington Saturday night 7:30 no reservation. They said 15 minute wait and there were Dozens of open tables. Just feel people don't want to wait when it isn't busy. Must be big shortage of help!

Amazing deal during September! Had amazing pizzas and pastas on Thursday and they were priced like it was the 90s! The place was packed and the wait service was working hard for what I imagine would be less tips since the deals were so good! It was much appreciated by my family and me. We will absolutely be going back soon for more of that delicious pizza!

I used to be a regular here. At least once a week. Always sat at the bar. It's been going downhill over the years. Today i walked in for lunch. Sat at the bar. Waited 4 minutes and left. No bartender. Two employees were standing on the other side of the windows separating the bar from the restaurant. Six feet from me. I think they saw me. They made no effort to even acknowledge me. It's too bad, I really used to enjoy this bertuccis. Luckily there's a local Italian joint 1/2 mile up the road.

Not sure if I came at on an off day or what. Wings were okay at best. Almost tasted and looked like they were re-heated, the mozzarella fritta was pretty decent but they forgot the pomodoro sauce. Salad was good. Customer service was great! We have an egg allergy in the family and they were able to help us with what we wanted to order. Unfortunately can't base the review on service though. Will be back again in the future to see if it gets better

very good place to eat The food was very good prices have gone up since last time I was there but still very reasonable. The restaurant wasn't full so the noise level was down and the server was good.

Good Italian food. Family friendly place to eat. Normally I would give them 5+ Stars unfortunately 8-30-22 was a total mess. Our online order was placed and they gave us a 6:01 pickup time. I arrived at 6:00 and did not receive our order until after 7:30 and that was after I talked to the manager.I will give them another visit soon with the hope that they have corrected their service problems.

First the waitress told us the store decided to end the Monday Special early! I asked for the Manager.....16 minutes went by and NO ONE came over! By now I was annoyed....it was 5:15 when I found the waitress! That was 30 minutes! Finally a supposedly manager came over...reiterated it was over....finally agreed To give us the unlimited pasta special when I showed him the email was dated 8/29/22 and ENDED on 8/31/22...... I only won because I was DETERMINED......rude on their part! How much could 2 older women in their late Seventies eat?! Never heard or saw from Steve manager again......never any apology whatsoever! No wonder they are not busy! We go in once a week.....but that left a bitter taste in my mouth! We have gone long before these summer specials...... This was at the Newington CT location on Monday 8/29/22 at 4:45 pm reservation. Management needs to improve.....I don't need to spend my money where it's not appreciated. Okay I hate to do this but I have to. 1st and foremost my server Brianna M. You were wonderful.Now the food and the drink was utterly horrible.*The oven baked rigatoni with meatballs, new item and it was scolding hot on top and almost frozen in the middle*The 5 cheese Mac n cheese was mainly sour cream and it was just not what Mac n cheese should be.* The Chicken Parmesan was cold and zero seasoning...I don't know if it was a fluke of a night but this was so underwhelming and disappointing that I had to have items removed. I hate complaining at a restaurant I truly hate it but this was just horrible.The restaurant itself was nice my waitress was wonderful but if you come here please stick to the pizza that looked amazing even though I didn't order one.

I visited Bertuccis with some friends tonight for the Throwback Thursday. I was skeptical at first but it was a GREAT experience. We got seated right away buy a very friendly host. Our server was Chasity. She was very friendly and helpful. The Manager came over to greet us with some amazing hot rolls. I believe her name was Aubrey or Audra. The entire staff worked well together. It was refreshing to be in such a very friendly atmosphere. I felt very comfortable and relaxed.
It has been years since I have visited a Bertucci's. I still think is way better than olive garden when it comes to Italian food franchise. The service was excellent and the food was tasty. Finding a good pizza in CT is a challenge. But the pizza was just right the sauce that they use is just right not too sweet or salty, the crust was cooked to the right texture. The spinach Artichoke dip was a great appetizer. The only issue that I encountered was that the wings could have been a little crisper and that bread rolls should be warm when served.

Went to Bertucci’s tonight with some girlfriends for dinner. The food was excellent as always but tonight it was the service that stood out. Our server Chastity was very very good! She gave us a warm greeting and made us feel very welcome. She answered all our questions about the menu even recommended a few dishes which we did try and they were excellent! She was checking up on us often and refilling our drinks when she noticed they were getting low. She was very good and very pleasant and made the whole experience even better. Definitely will be coming back again .

Okay, so did not have high expectations for our meal due to some of the reviews but were in the area and heard that the food had improved substantially so.... Two of us went for an early dinner on Saturday. We ordered cocktails An old fashioned and a Venetian Long Island Ice tea. We did the sample app: 3 meatballs, 2 bruschetta, 4 chicken wings, and two half rounds of fried mozzarella. All delicious. The wings are not buffalo they are yummy, crispy fall apart in your mouth wings. The meatballs were very good also. For dinner we had rigatoni abruzzi and chicken piccata. It was as good as any high end restaurant we've dined in. Seemed to be made to order and not just thrown together half cooked, half nuked and half frozen like some of the chains do. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. Whatever they've done to up their game has worked, will def go back again!

alittle disappointed. the table was dirty with crumbs and never wiped off. I had pizza and asked for grated cheese.the cheese shaker was sticky and crusty like it also was not wiped down.staff needs to address the issues of cleaning between settings and it wasn't even busy.the pizza a spoke was disappointing no dollips of ricotta cheese onit it was mixed in on the sauce and covered with cheese. had to look to make sure it was on there.not the sportier I've had many other times.

We are regular customers at this Bertucci’s. Walked in today and was seated pretty quickly, even though they were busier than usual. We waited quite a bit to meet our severer (Evey), like about 25 minutes or so. We completely understand that they were busy and short staffed. Our time spent at this place was a little over two hours.After we finally got our food, we were able to enjoy the meal, and the food was good. The five stars is for the customer service that Evey and the staff provided to us, knowing of our long wait time. Evey was a great waitress. At the end, we got our bill and the manager gave our family a free meal, only thing we paid was the tax and tip. We certainly weren’t expecting any discounts, but thank you to the staff at the newington Bertucci’s for making our dining experience great. See you soon.
