Got the dark chicken and the skin tasted terrible! Had a taste similar to lighter fluid and burtness Also lacked flavor and was barely warm. Boston Market has definitely gone down hill, wont be returning!

Show up and they have no white meat chicken. How does that happen? smh Then we waited for over an hour for the chicken to be ready. Got home with the food and none of the food is the same. The mashed potatoes are instant now, the maccaroni and cheese was soooo runny, and we asked for 1/2 chicken (WHITE) and instead of 2 breast they just gave us half the chicken on 2 orders. Boston Market used to taste like home cooked food. Not anymore! We paid $40 for 3 meals. Sad, very sad! and gross.

Maybe call ahead if you want one to make sure that you actually get one. The rotisserie chicken was good and the sides looked fresh.

Horrible experience was told to come down for a refund which I didn’t want my money back just wanted the correct meal made after it was messed up. Complete waste of time these establishments should be condemned

Can I say that I get the best customer service in this location. I have come twice now and I had to leave a review. The food was hot and fresh both times we came and I have to add that we showed up at random in between meal times both visits. When we drove by an hour later the parking lot was packed and we knew we were at the right spot to eat. Keep up that service, you’re doing a great job.
