3rd time going into Cava. First two times I did pick up and the order was messed up both times with 2 bowls all messed up in each order. This third time the people serving looked like they hated working. Served extremely small portions and then had an attitude when asked to put in another topping for both me and my wife. Pretty upsetting since we were both excited to have a good place to eat from since our diets exclude a lot of other options. Hopefully this review brings the lack of customer service to the forefront of things to be addressed here because I see no reason for anything to be below 5 stars once it’s fixed.
