If I could leave 0 stars I would, terrible customer service I walked in and all the “workers” stood there as if I’m supposed to seat myself they just sat there and stared at me like they don’t work there 🤨 do better fire these little kids with no manners lazy and rude.

Went in with my family and brought my 12-year-old daughter. The server argued with me about her age and refused to let her order from the kids’ menu. When the manager got involved, she was extremely rude and treated our Hispanic family unfairly. The manager was a white woman with blonde, reddish hair, and the server was African American. If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. Sad world and reality this has come to.

Truly a special evening for my niece who turned 5 yesterday. Thank you Chili’s staff for accommodating our large party and being so amazing!!! My niece requested Chilis for her birthday dinner and you all were fantastic, attentive and fast! We truly appreciate you and you will definitely see us again. Food and drinks were great as well!!!!

I don’t usually make reviews but this experience was so incredibly awesome the food was great as always but our server Jason was on the next level, the service was great and he was so nice a respectful. I was with a group of a local theater I do and as always we were very loud but he still gave his 100 percent and went the extra mile, in the words of my friends, Jason is the G.O.A.T.

Jason is our waiter, and he was incredible! We are 7 theater kids in a booth, and he was so incredibly nice and kind and accepting, along with accommodating to our group. He was very patient with us, especially considering it was very late at night. He took some photos for us, and he was going the extra mile to do his job well. Highly recommend! Best waiter ever, and we will be coming back!

I had a terrible experience with a bad waitress and asked me to tip 18% ( the nerve!) we didn’t get drinks twice and nothing came at the right time to flow with our party of 5. What’s worse is I fell in ice by my table getting up and not one staff member asked if I was ok or needed help!! It wasn’t even that busy either so no excuse. The manager had to void our check because they tried to take too much tip in the check and we had to do manual checks and the electronic device processed without our finishing adjusting things. We finally got a person but when they saw I reached out to operations manager Michael Falco they treated me like like I didn’t exist. I have pain today because of that fall.
