Chili's Grill & Bar

I don’t usually make reviews but this experience was so incredibly awesome the food was great as always but our server Jason was on the next level, the service was great and he was so nice a respectful. I was with a group of a local theater I do and as always we were very loud but he still gave his 100 percent and went the extra mile, in the words of my friends, Jason is the G.O.A.T.

Jason is our waiter, and he was incredible! We are 7 theater kids in a booth, and he was so incredibly nice and kind and accepting, along with accommodating to our group. He was very patient with us, especially considering it was very late at night. He took some photos for us, and he was going the extra mile to do his job well. Highly recommend! Best waiter ever, and we will be coming back!

I had a terrible experience with a bad waitress and asked me to tip 18% ( the nerve!) we didn’t get drinks twice and nothing came at the right time to flow with our party of 5. What’s worse is I fell in ice by my table getting up and not one staff member asked if I was ok or needed help!! It wasn’t even that busy either so no excuse. The manager had to void our check because they tried to take too much tip in the check and we had to do manual checks and the electronic device processed without our finishing adjusting things. We finally got a person but when they saw I reached out to operations manager Michael Falco they treated me like like I didn’t exist. I have pain today because of that fall.

Went to Chili's on Berlin tpke...it was FANTASTIC... from our waitress to the food, actually it was the best burger I've had in a long time

Servers are always very nice. We like the menu and the prices are just right. We typically go for lunch and get a combo or appetizer. The margaritas are super tasty and they usually have a monthly special for $6, this month was dragonfruit!

So I havent been to chilies in a while and now I know why first thing first there whole menu changed for the worst the prices are way to high for the 3for me and they give you stuff smaller portion now I got the chicken sandwich and usually they give it to me with lettuce and tomatoe and they gave it to me plain and to top it off it was dry the server was so sweet blesd her heart kathy deserves a raise she so sweet and it was not her fault so I didnt say nothing. My husband got the burger and qpc and it was more bun and pickles then the actual meat I will never go to a chilies again first the one in walingford gives me food poisoning and now this one just barley give you food for what you pay . Like I get we inflation but still no excuses need to do better for sure .

Very slow service on Tuesday. No fajitas available. Got a stomach bug after eating the food here. The server at front was very unwelcoming. No smile or anything. Won't suggest anyone for this location.

I am utterly disgusted by the quality of service and food I received tonight through online pickup. I ordered honey chipotle crispers and the quality was bad. They were hardly covered with the sauce. The fries were stale. I also ordered a burger for my sibling without sauce and of course they didn’t listen to that. I called the restaurant after leaving and they told me there is nothing they can do. Because of my experience I am never going to order from Chili's ever again. Just bad service overall and their food is lackluster.

Came in with my fiancé and son around 3pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was a little busy but nothing crazy; we were seated right away. A party of people who were seated right beside us had arrived a few minutes after we were seated. Roughly 10 minutes after they were seated, their entire order was taken by a server. Okay fine, I think, maybe the server will at least acknowledge us but no, they walk right by without a word. Another 10 minutes go by and still no one greets us nor do they ask us for our drinks or order. We decided to just leave.

We’re pretty forgiving when it comes to wait times and restaurants in general as we understand that food service is not an easy job but it shouldn’t be on us to ask to be acknowledged at a sit down restaurant. We will not be returning to this location.
