Came in with my fiancé and son around 3pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was a little busy but nothing crazy; we were seated right away. A party of people who were seated right beside us had arrived a few minutes after we were seated. Roughly 10 minutes after they were seated, their entire order was taken by a server. Okay fine, I think, maybe the server will at least acknowledge us but no, they walk right by without a word. Another 10 minutes go by and still no one greets us nor do they ask us for our drinks or order. We decided to just leave.

We’re pretty forgiving when it comes to wait times and restaurants in general as we understand that food service is not an easy job but it shouldn’t be on us to ask to be acknowledged at a sit down restaurant. We will not be returning to this location.

I always have an amazing experience here! If you come around lunch time it is perfect and there are usually less people. The servers and waiters are very attentive and check on you very often! Although not a server, Chris S. was very attentive and was constantly making sure I was attended to. He was always nearby and very quick. When talking to him, he was very courteous and respectful, contributing to a positive atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back here!

Went for a bite to eat. Not busy on arrival, but got busy quickly. Plenty of staff to handle it.

Ordered one of the signature margs. They were out of the alcohol used for my drink, I was offered a different type which I agreed to. Food was decent, service was decent, drink was decent. Pull up the check to find I was charged $4 extra. Considering the pricing and quality of food as well ambience, this is simply not worth the price. They are a slight step up from fast food, that's about all can be said for this place.

The food was so good, great amazing service, everyone is so genuine and kind, I went here for my moms birthday and she loved it so much, will definitely be back. I love chillis 🌶️

I went to Chili's on the Berlin turnpike on 2/25/25 at night to pick up food. They got my order wrong. I was polite. They gave me an attitude. The manager was short with blonde hair and a beard. He was disrespectful and shouldn't be the manager. I think he trains his staff to be like himself...a racist.

The food was cold and the service was horrible. I'm never going to this establishment again!!

Had a great time here with my husband. We love chilis and have had the same experience at most locations. However, this location had the manager out on the floor working alongside everyone else which is super nice to see. Thanks Ethan for helping us out and our other server (Ronaldo? Rodrigo? I'm awful with names) who was also fantastic.

We visited the location on the Berlin Tpke. It's a cool place. Food is plain salty. Like everything. Maybe it's so you drink more. Idk!!
My 15 yr old daughter does NOT get to pick the place anymore lol. I asked her what the best part of the meal was and her honest answer was the ice water. I said the salsa. Even the guac was salty. We spent about $100 but packed it to go ... Server said they don't add any additional salt. Manager gave a nice discount on the meal. It wasnt asked for but much obliged. I appreciated the gesture very much.
Hey, if you like it I love it...just don't go here if you have kidney issues or the diabetes...cause the sodium will get ya. DO NOT tell anyone I sent you here. ?

Went to chilis for lunch with my daughters Oct 12,2024 and I was over charge for my bill the server tried to come back with two 5$gift cards and I nicely told her I will like to get refunded on to my card she told me let me get the Manager cause she didn’t know to do refund on a card . Manager came to my table with a pin and pad and wrote my last number of my debit card and never came back to the table to this day Oct 27 I still don’t have my refund I had to go to my bank and dispute it ..not please with this at all
