I order my bowl in a specific way they are very stingy with the meat and rice and load it with more toppings then food. Charge an extra fee for guacamole and chips. And food was cold.

I went to chipotle today in Newington, I LOVE CHIPOTLE. The server was nice enough. He started to create my bowls scrapping the last of the rice out of the stainless steel pan. He then gave the most mediocre portions for Chipotle known to man; thin layer on the spoon of beans and that went on. Finally, I paid with cash. Guy kept his gloves on, took my money, gave me change, didn’t change gloves and went to serve the next customer with dirty gloves. Gross! 🤢 got home to eat, the rice was hard, the beans barely covered half portion of the rice, and nothing was fresh! Not going back to that location

Staff was rude and snarky while ordering and all of the food was old and not fresh. I love Chipotle and always have but this one didn’t do it for me. Definitely go to a different chipotle if you are deciding on this one…

They charged me extra for sour cream on the side, never seen this before at any other chipotle. When asked about it they said it’s a brand new policy. Why would they know not let me know it’s extra especially if it’s a brand new policy? Btw went to another chipotle and it’s not extra there. Don’t go here. Find another chipotle.

Ordered through Uber Eats. The online orders are left in a spot where anyone can just walk in and take them with no questions asked. My order disappeared and they wouldn't remake it 😒. Keep orders behind the counter and make people verify the pickup! Horrible customer service makes it easy for horrible people to take advantage.
I came in to order a take out meal about two and half hours prior to closing time. The young man that prepped my meal listed everything they were out of again a few hours before closing. I ask if the chicken I can see is all that’s left. The young man says he needs to check to see if the extra is for his manager. He comes back and I’m able to get some of that chicken. I order the rest of my meal based on what they have. I want to order chips and queso but one of the things he listed was chips. I looked over at the register and there were about six bags of chips sitting there. I looked over at the online order area and there were around 20 bags sitting there. I asked the young man if all of the bags of chips are empty and he said no, and that they have to hold them for any online orders that come in. I asked if he could ask his manager if I could purchase one as I am in the store and am purchasing. Another young man came out and said that I could not have the chips due to their corporate policy. Now usually I’m not one to make a fuss over food but this policy is not appropriate. No customer should see items they would like to order and cannot order them because they are on hold for potential (not pre-ordered) online orders that may come in. Also, the store shouldn’t be out of half the items and reserving other items at 7:30 when you close at 10. Absolutely escalating this. The kids working here are polite but the policy is unacceptable. The one by Westfarms Mall is better.

my bowl came out so bad, pieces of fat in my chicken and was burnt , over seasoned rice, no seasoning in my guacamole and also tasted old and fowl.

As my husband was paying for our meal, an employee took the dressing out of our bag because he needed it since it was the last dressing at this location. They also had no fajita veggies prepared at 4:30pm. So now I have a salad with no dressing and a bowl of just lettuce and steak. Absolutely terrible service.
I didnt even eat. Out of main items on 2 occasions now. And DIRTY everything! Tables, grill, cutting area, just dirty!
