Great food, poor staffing(unattentive, no personality), always dirty, i do take out. Go often for the food itself. Everything else is a turn off.

This is my local chipotle and I need to stop coming here and traveling further for a better one… every time I come here the food is old and sitting out for long. I just went and I swear none of the ingredients taste salted at all??? Why are they not even seasoning the food😭 p

Smallest burritos ive gotten from chipotle ever the place was a mess the line girl couldnt leave to get cheese and noone would help her plus she was stingy with everything not even full scoops of rice

Worst worker I’ve ever seen in the restaurant. They definitely need to improve their management.

Went to get dinner at 7pm. The garbages were overflowing, napkins all over the floor and drink area. There were no tomatoes, sautéed vegetables, chicken or beef. Five people on shift. Unacceptable!

Walked in and promptly walked out after waiting in line for five minutes without being served. I’m glad I did as the place was filthy and disgusting and I don’t know how it can pass any health inspections, every single table with filthy and covered in front and the windows directly over the food works disgusting and looks like they have never been washed a day in their life

I didn't like the way I was served at the establishment located at 3574 TKP Newington. The person serving the food seems grumpy and keeps throwing food on plates. If you ask for anything extra, he acts like it's coming out of his paycheck, and I tell him to charge it to me, it's fine. They need to improve the customer service at this branch.

Lowkey one of the best chipotles in the area. Super clean, and fantastic service. Always hits the spot. Would 100% recommend!

This is the worst chipolte I’ve ever been to, how is it at 12pm you have no corn salsa? No cilantro for the ride and old frozen guacamole! Absolute joke

I love Chipotle as a franchise, but this place needs to better manage the place, as the utensil/condiment station was not regulated.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with this chipotle. Staff is absolutely rude and wouldn’t provide a receipt when I asked for one. Absolutely will never ever be back in 100 years. The crew on September 6 2025 at 2:30-3 needs to be talked to by management

As a general manager myself it baffles me how a place that serves customers can have such unsatisfactory service. We very rarely get decent service at this location. The only reason we continue to come back is because the food is better than the other Chipotle locations in the area(and closer)

We never get greeted, always rushed to create our food when there is no line(90% of the time we stop by there is no line), and there always seems to be some sort of food missing. This time it was the fajita veggies, bummer but I was able to live without
