The service was good. The lady gave me the very last bit of the white rice by digging deep and scrapping the bottom of the into container instead of waiting for fresh rice..smh. the honey chicken was dry looking. It tasted OK but there were plenty of hard pieces
The dining room was a hot nasty mess so I took my food home. I'll never go to this location again lol

I don’t know why I keep returning to this location. There are always missing ingredients, the tables and inside is always a mess. It’s been like this for months. Not sure how corporate hasn’t done anything to straighten this location out. Disappointed every time.

Filthy dirty as soon as you walk in. On top of the resturant not being taking care of they never have the simple ingredients. 9:30 at night hours state they close at 11 at night but has no chips guacamole queso or rice. Just a shame really

I visited this location around 3pm on a Thursday afternoon. The staff member who waited on me could’ve cared less about his job. When I asked for brown rice he just pointed to the empty slot where it would’ve been. No offer of “it’s coming out”. He did not utter a word - I’m pretty sure he did not say one word during our interaction. I wanted to eat there because it was 90 degrees outdoors. The self serve beverage area was a mess. Not to mention the dining area, that was disgustingly dirty. Every single table I attempted to sit at was dirty and had food remnants on it. The floor was also covered with left over bits of food. I’m not sure who is eating in here and can’t get the food in their mouth. Wasn’t even sure I wanted to eat what I ordered, but I did. I’m pretty sure I will never visit this location again.

Awful service no type of management couldn’t even get a water for free new policy even tho i just spent $30 bucks here im so over this bs with chipotle ima spend my money somewhere else

The employees were great and very friendly. This was my first time eating at a Chipotle and they were helpful with answering my questions. Dining area was a little dirty but it was around lunch rush so no fault of theirs. Music was pretty loud so that was slightly off-putting

Terrible experience. I love chipotle but the management at this location is terrible. Out of chicken, corn, and lettuce. Tables were gross, trash cans were overflowing.

The absolute worst chipotle. Staff is rude and incompetent. Always out of something- no chips, no chicken, etc. This location is constantly disgusting. Fountain soda machine doesn’t work. Honestly appalling.

Service - Staff seems lost and not paying attention to what customer order is (ordered Adobo ranch but didn't get that...vegetables ran out so staff stayed uncertain..I asked we can wait..how long and then staff had no clue)..they should monitor food inventory before things run out at Sat 2.30 pm)

Order on lunch break through online and picked up .. got back to work and food is completely wrong . Tried to call place and can’t get through to them . Waste of lunch and money . I want a refund !

Corporate contacted me and made it right . Went there 3x since this post and every time I go in there they are out of everything . Went today and no brown rice .. no beans . No chicken .. sour cream look like it been there for weeks .. I’m all set I’ll never go in this location again . DISGUSTING!

Went to this location and they were out of fajita veggies, steak, and corn. The rice was not cooked and the guacamole tasted watery. There was also a piece of chicken in that looked uncooked. The staff was rude and did not seem to care about the terrible quality. This is not the first time I have had this issue at this chipotle.
