A bunch of machines were broken, both bathrooms were flooded from toilets overflowing....my son couldn't use the mens bathroom because the entire floor was a puddle of toilet water. Staff was very nice but the facility is falling apart. Very disappointed that we pay for the monthly gold plan.

I have a party booked for this weekend. The party manager has tried to touch base twice, during the early daytime hours when I am working with patients and cannot get to my phone. I have tried calling back during their business hours. I have called back to back over the course of two hours, not once was the phone ever picked up and there is no way to leave a message to state your business. 3 days till the party and multiple days of trying to reach someone with absolutely no luck. If I lived closer I would just drive over there and speak to someone in person. How does anyone finalize details with no communication?

Haven't been here in many years. Took our 4 yr old Granddaughter for a few hours last week. While we and she enjoyed the time the issue I have is WHY DO YOU CHARGE $12 for the children to use the trampolines? We are members of the CC deal and find it totally outrageous that this is an additional cost. Plus the fact that most kids were much taller than her which caused her to stand to the side while others jumped. 😳 The service to check-in, retrieve the points she earned and purchase the item was prompt. My son waited 45 mins. last visit to get her prize as he had to wait in the food line ! We will be driving the extra miles to the Manchester facility for our next visit. Take the trampoline charge off for any family that has a membership 👌 👍

Kid-friendliness: Need more younger activities and a time line to how long a person stays at one activity. This is timed and is a waste if you have to wait for a game. Don't state to wait and play another game as you will lose your spot.

Food is insanely expensive for what you're already paying for play time for the kids. And the tickets they use for the toys they can pick out are even worse than the food! I got a personal pizza and 3 small drinks for 25 bucks. After paying 40 to play for 90 minutes. It's It's a fun place to take the kids. Just eat before you go and bring your own drinks.
The socks for the jumping are like 10 bucks too so if you have socks from chuck e cheese bring them cuz you don't want to buy them again

The games were expected on the price because I used to go to Chuck E. Cheese when there was one in Waterberry but the little jumpy thing they have for the kids $12 on the weekend. It’s just totally unacceptable for that little thing people can pay six more dollars and go to a jump Zone or a jump place and have the kids jump as much as they like and better equipment the Chuck E. Cheese that was in Waterbury used to have a slide and as long as people were playing the games and spending money the kids got to enjoy fun time after spending the money on the games and food and then when I went to get a prize for my kids the ball that I personally bought not with the tickets literally smells like paint thinner and when we drove off, we had to pull over and put it in the trunk because it smelled so bad and even though I put it in the trunk, the ball the smell you could smell it though the trunk of the car through the car. It’s outside and it’s still smells like paint thinner

This place has gone down hill employees don’t really care about anything and about half of games are broken it’s a scam spent 75 dollars and my daughter only got 125 tickets like I said this place is only good for is taking a picture with chucke that’s about it. My 4 yr old even said this place is no good daddy. Then my I bought a ball from them didn’t realize that it smell like paint thinner. Parents be careful please

This was the worst place I could have taken my 9 year old for a nice time out!! Half the games didn't work, and the ones that did didn't even tell you how many tickets you won.. not to mention being so outrageously overpriced!! They advertise a trampoline area for the kids, and when we got there and saw it my daughter was sooo disappointed!! It had 4 little crappy trampolines that weren't even that bouncy, and on top of that you had to pay an extra 12.00 just to use the darn thing!! And to top it all off, they didn't do any announcements that they were about to close, they literally just shut all the games down while you were in the middle of a game, and to make things the absolute worst, they wouldn't even let the kids use there tickets to get their prizes!! My daughter along with about 6 other children all left in tears ?. I felt awful!! Never, ever, ever again!! I learned my lesson and will Judy continue to go to fun zone, a million times better!!!!! Don't go here if you want your child to have a nice time and basically throw your money in the trash..

Chuck E. Cheese: A Money-Sucking, Nightmare
So, I decided to take my kid to Chuck E. Cheese. What a mistake. I'm still picking up pieces of my wallet from the floor. The place is a freaking money vacuum. Every game is a nickel-and-diming nightmare, and the games themselves? They're shorter than a toddler's attention span. It's like they're designed to make your kids beg for more minutes while you bleed money.
And don't even get me started on the food prices. Chuck E. Cheese, while a nostalgic childhood memory, has become a bit of a mouse trap when it comes to pricing. The pizza, while cheesy, is overpriced, and the drinks are more expensive than a day at the spa for a mouse. It seems like the prices have been inflated more than a balloon at a kids' party.
But the real kicker? They want you to pay twelve dollars for a pair of socks to jump on their trampoline. Twelve dollars! That's more than I pay for a bag of socks. It's like they're trying to squeeze every last penny out of you, even if it means charging you for the air you breathe.
If you're looking for a fun, affordable day out, just go to a park. It's free, the air is fresh, and there's plenty of room to run around without worrying about getting ripped off. Chuck E. Cheese? It's an overpriced disaster that's best avoided at all costs.

This was my second time in a row being disappointed. Had to request a refund because it was over an hour without the food we ordered. It was not packed for a change, no one else at all eating at tables around the games, and the reason given for the delay was all the people ahead, so I'm thinking to myself I've been sitting here watching and maybe 2 people picked up food in the last 40 minutes, but I was told a couple minutes more it would be out. I waited another 25 before requesting a refund and going elsewhere. Hope I get my refund, was told it would go back on the card, but wasn't given a receipt.
