Very child and adult friendly!
Many games were out of order, and the working games were difficult to understand. The place was clean, staff was very friendly and prices were reasonable.
It’s ok. Some games work, some do not. The jumping pen is fun as is the video board in the floor but there needs to be some updating on games to make it a great experience.

Nothing like it was 20 yrs ago
First time going and wasn't impressed. Paid an extra $12 for the little trampoline area that my Grandson didn't even end up going in.

The place is small compared to Manchester chuck e cheese. The food is good, can't complain. The workers are great but the service is slow. One person worked the register and it was not too busy. Still stood in line for 30 minutes. The atmosphere was crazy cause of how small the place was but the experience overall was good

Hate that there’s alcohol at a kids place. But I will say, it doesn’t seem like the adults openly drink. Just doesn’t sit right with me.
Games are okay, you won’t win much from them though. Seems like a huge monopoly. My kids love it but they’ll never get to experience the Chuck E. Cheese that we grew up with.
God Bless Everyone! Jesus is returning soon! Repent from your sins, confess He Is Lord and Believe He Is Risen and died for your sins! Salvation is near!

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at Chucky Cheese. June 7 2025. Took my granddaughter for her birthday. Immediately we had to wait about 15 minutes just to get a game play card. Only saw maybe 3 employees, paid for 45 min of play and first 3 games we tried didn’t work. There were unattended young children ( my guess 4&5 yro) and no employee looked for parent to supervise. One child literally stuck his hand up the skeeball game when the balls were rolling out I had to pull him away. Yelled who is this childs parents and not one person responded or even looked. Walked out the front door with a fussing 15 month old and nobody even asked to see our stamped hands. There wasn’t even 1 employee in sight. This place was so out of control I left with my grandchildren It was a total waste of my money. I realize parents are also at fault here but the employees should have announced that parents need to supervise the young children. This is in no way exaggerated. If anything I’m making it sound better than it was. My grandchildren’s other grandma was with me and 100% agreed with everything I saw. Then it was the never ending wait to use what points she did get to get smthg. The place is understaffed, the employees are overwhelmed with their responsibilities because there’s not enough of them. Broken machine or not working properly. Serious disappointment I will never be going back to this location.

Amazing time the manager was amazing the host for the party was amazing never been here but my baby's 2nd birthday was perfect here especially for my 4 year old as well who attended with friends and family i would of gave it 5 stars but because the young lady at the trampoline was really rude and told my daughter who is 4 and can't talk much to get out because she didn't have a bracelet although she had the socks and i paid for her to play in it plus 190+ dollars for the party i made a mistake and I kept the bracelet by accident I asked the lady what's going on and she says she asked my daughter if she had a bracelet and my daughter said no but once again she does not talk much i told her she had her socks on that they gave her and she tells me people sneak they socks back in but once again she is 4 and I NEVER BEEN HERE but great experience overall thank yall so much for the help and everything
So, I'm a CEC Fan myself and I always come here for Birthday's. It's my childhood location and I adore it. I love the Pizza. It gives it more taste with the Parmesan bags they give you. Arcades are okay, I love the Skeeball which was always my favorite. Some arcades were out of order, which kinda sucked. The Prizes are not the worst, but it could be alot better. The shows were alot quiet, and are only loud when there's a birthday. There's barely any attention to the shows they play. The location isn't dirty though, it's clean. There's barely anything I can say about service, because there's no more waitresses like back then and you now have to pick up the food yourself. Cashier was friendly though, and the Chuck E. Performer isn't too energized. They've cut alot of corners which really sucks, to the point where they remodeled with the 2.0 package with the Stage removal and all that. But I will say, the Pizza is a bit too flat but it's good in my opinion. This is like any other Chuck E. Cheese's location (except the retro/legacy stores), considering the fact this was the first Chuck E. Cheese's to be opened (in the state) and the smallest in the state. Overall, this place is 4 Stars because like again, I'm a CEC Fan and I adore this location.
