March 24, 2026. Customer service was horrible; the two ladies working up front were disrespectful, all because I asked if the order I placed went through, given how long the food was taking. To proceed with disrespect, getting my food, I was given attitude a second time after disrupting her phone time
Well finally tried Dave's Hot Chicken after my son told me about it and it was great! Chicken was tasty and moist portions were generous. You can choose no heat or levels of heat. The service was top notch and all with a bright colorful atmosphere to top it off. Thanks Phil for the warm welcome will definitely be back!
I usually think this place is great in Newington Ct. Today was vert disappointing

When I got home and opened the container the chicken looked like they belonged on the sliders. I spend alot of money here sad that this happened. This place is not cheap so I'm hoping this was a one time incident
