I ordered a Godfather sandwich for pickup, and when I got home there was no meat on my sandwich. Pretty, pretty bad. I did not eat the meatless sub with wet lettuce and DiBellas Famous Oil.

update.... so the prices has gone up quite a bit in the last year.. not sure if the value is there any longer. $15 for a med grinder and a soda.. More importantly, after having said this is my previous review and it was never taken care of.. i'll stop coming to this location and here's why.... the workers who make your sandwiches tend to like to chit chat with each other A LOT. and literally while they put your food together they would chat like school girls OVER your food. ya..i'm not okay with that. i dont need or want your spit in my food. I'm done going here.

I had the same experience as mentioned by others. It was a a good sub. However, 20 plus minutes before closing time the whole sitting area was shut off. A few tables were available by the bathrooms and dirty. We were an inconvenience for them to close up. Incredibly slow too.

Can never really say anything negative about the sandwiches that come out of here. Just know if you go anywhere close to 2 hours before closing their dining room will be cleaned down and closed.

I'm sure others can relate. I always feel unwelcomed and like I'm a bother as a customer when I walk in the door. When the sandwiches are made right, they're delicious. Always takes forever for any sandwich to be prepared (even when it's a cold sub with no other customers)
If they can get their customer service in order it would be a much better experience. Depending on who makes the sandwich it's definitely hit or miss

1st time ordering from Dibellas, husband order BLT w/ extra bacon and Mayo with hot peppers. No extra bacon or hot peppers and was charge 2.50, I ordered 2 meats grinder salami and ham with bacon added I got nothing but salami and bacon the ham was in small pieces like it was the end and they wanted it to stretch..disappointed paying $31 for 2 sandwich and they not made right..Hopefully I try you guys again and it better but this 1st time wasn't good!!!

Usually my go to spot for a sandwich but the last 2 times in including today very disappointingThey messed both my order I asked for 2 cheesesteaks with lettuce tomato onionGot one with just meat and cheese and the other meat cheese and a whole lot of onionsThe employees seems more concerned about gossiping and what not and the manager wasn’t very helpful or friendly seems liked she had better things to doProbably my last time going as recently the standard has definitely declined
