I really love the location of this DD. however EVERYTIME I order a bagel with egg and cheese they ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS forget the egg and cheese . the drinks are always good and the people there are very nice . I just wish they paid more attention in the food service area .
First time coming to this location. The drive-thru line did take a long time. I understand the person at the window was training but he kept his back to the window the whole time after I paid. I had to wait for someone else to hand me my order that was already sitting there when I pulled up to the window.
The staff are excellent. Very nice, quick, efficient, and never mess up my order. However, the scheduler needs to get it together. This store is in an excellent location - other businesses, off ramps to different highways, churches, etc. but it is not appropriately staffed. This location needs 3 staff minimum every weekday morning (and more on the weekends). One for the window, one for sandwiches, and one for drinks. That way someone can rotate when necessary to assist with walk-in...
