The reason for my three star review on this trip is I ordered a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese which I'm sure I paid for the extra cream cheese, and a hot tea.When I got to my vehicle and I opened up the bagel and there was almost no cream cheese on it.I would have gone back in but they were busy and I didn't have time sit and wait for them to remake it. Normally this location is very good and I don't have any problems.

first of all it’s 5 stars to the young girl who worked at this location today. I didn’t get her name butI came in around 3pm and the place was packed with customers; there was only ONE girl working, she didn’t look no more than 19 years old, dealing with lines and online orders on her own. She apologized profusely to everyone for the wait and I personally had absolutely no issue with waiting for my coffee ( considering I had to get to work myself )and neither was anyone else who waited. However i’m sure there was at least a few individuals who weren’t patient because there always is. The one star goes the poor management; hire more individuals and put more people on the schedule, or help your own employees out when you know this is a busy location in the heart of Newington.

This location is on point! Using the Mobile App ensures that we get served expeditiously and there was virtually no wait time. We ate in and the breakfast sandwiches, Donuts and munchkins were fresh and tasty. The restroom was tidy and were able to park quickly as well. If you're on Main Street and need a quick caffeine drink and snack, stop by and you won't be disappointed! Happy National Iced tea Day! Delicious
I stop by the for morning coffee, please was little busy. I got my food pretty quickly, but my order was incomplete. But they corrected the rally fest.

This place is a mess since new management took over. The girls are all rude except for Ashley, you place a pick up order for faster pickup 10 min before you arrive and you still wait over 20 min in the store! Almost every time I get something, it’s wrong or missing items. Should really look into the employees there especially the manager. You’d think she’s the new team member who knows nothing but unfortunately she’s the boss !!

Some young ppl really appreciate their jobs and others do not! Clearly, this establishment has a bit of both bc I purchased a croissant sandwich, today, made by a tall young blonde boy and his side kick; a short dark haired boy.The sandwich was burnt yet he still served it as if nothing was wrong. I returned and simply showed the burnt sandwich to the nice young lady who quickly apologized and made it right by making another sandwich. She clearly appreciates her job and knows the importance of it.Servers: if u won’t eat burnt food, what makes u think the customers want to???
