The store manager Dawn here has the rudest disposition I have ever met in customer service She literally is dismissive,rude,and even though I and two customers where given such a snide disrespectful attitude,I also observed her being completely rude and disrespectful to employees She was literally intimidating people and needs to be reviewed because my next stop and finding all the channels to report her and how she represents this establishment that has been around for over 30 years I and my coworkers WILL NOT return to this store until she is removed and that is my every intention

Bad customer service the employee name summer she is pretty rude not mentioning the way she speak don’t want to put the words here she’s from night shift I went to get three orders for my wife and daughter they were in the hospital and she refuse my orders that it was to many for her to make

This review only applies to the ladies there THIS morning. They're new. Food was the freshest (hot and crispy- not burnt or undercooked as it has been) since....ever...and the service was fast.

Can’t get it right .. I started working up the street and past week I been going there and past 5 days I went there for coffee and all 5 days it was wrong or taste wrong .. def check your coffee before you leave because I bet money they Mess it up

Hunter is TERRIBLE. Very rude cussing at everyone calling them names. He deserves to be fired, also the manager on duty sucks. She’s very rude, I think her name was Dawn.

I love Dunkin, but my experience with this one is less than stellar. The girl at the window didn’t say anything when she handed me my things but then she forgot something I bought which is fine! But when I waited for it she came back to the window and very rudely said “what are you waiting on”. I understand working fast food can suck but why be rude for no reason

Went there early in the morning. It is advertised as 24/7. Waited at the drive-through, no one came. There was someone inside on their phone. Had to leave, or else i'd be late. Do not advertise 24/7 if no one can is available.

Great Dunkin' location. The staff is very efficient at keeping the drive through flowing in the morning.It has been a while since I went here, but I went through the drive thru again this morning and just like last time; The drive thru moved along quickly and efficiently & as per the usual, I found the staff here to be friendly and cordial.It started when I pulled in the drive thru and one of the workers was outside and on break and was quick to give me a big, smiling hello.My mom was on the phone (hands free) when I went through and commented to me on how nice everyone seemed.I ordered a medium, hot coffee, black. Drinking a coffee black, I always know quickly if it is burnt.Bonus: I have a gift card I have had since Christmas, and I finally remembered I had it and using it was easy.My coffee was good and I was happy I stopped here...

Had my coffee made over twice and it still tasted awful. The cold brew was way too strong and bitter, then I’m pretty sure he never put caramel flavor in the second time. The third time I just took the coffee because I did not want to be a bother. Very dissatisfied! Extremely disappointed.
