Very rude staff. Barely acknowledged my existence through eye contact, and never even said a single word to me the whole time! No one approached me to take my order, despite calling out several times. Went to the Wendy’s next door where people were much more friendlier.

They served me a burnt sausage egg and cheese sandwich to me the two times I visited, and got my drink order wrong - incredibly frustrating, but they also have only one person working in the store so trying to manage multiple orders is probably difficult...Probably wont be back until they get more help.

The store manager Dawn here has the rudest disposition I have ever met in customer service She literally is dismissive,rude,and even though I and two customers where given such a snide disrespectful attitude,I also observed her being completely rude and disrespectful to employees She was literally intimidating people and needs to be reviewed because my next stop and finding all the channels to report her and how she represents this establishment that has been around for over 30 years I and my coworkers WILL NOT return to this store until she is removed and that is my every intention

Bad customer service the employee name summer she is pretty rude not mentioning the way she speak don’t want to put the words here she’s from night shift I went to get three orders for my wife and daughter they were in the hospital and she refuse my orders that it was to many for her to make

This review only applies to the ladies there THIS morning. They're new. Food was the freshest (hot and crispy- not burnt or undercooked as it has been) since....ever...and the service was fast.
Hope they stick around.

Can’t get it right .. I started working up the street and past week I been going there and past 5 days I went there for coffee and all 5 days it was wrong or taste wrong .. def check your coffee before you leave because I bet money they Mess it up
