New upgraded inside makes this dunkin one of my favorites around town, staff in the morning is usually always pleasent, they are always on point with drive thru wait times & orders. Evening staff is always younger kids, so take it easy if you go. Remember most of the time these fast food places are run by high school & college kids, single hard working mothers or fathers that need special hours. This dunkin is great, check it out.
Ps, nothing i mean NOTHING tops seasonal cookie butter cold foam. I would bathe in it if I could.

They need to do better I order a medium coffee today 10/20/25 and medium hot coffee 5 cream sugar and I could go to any Dunkin and it perfect not this time my coffee was warm and it was all cream never again .
Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Dunkin Donuts ever. You should not come to this Dunkin Donuts if you want your coffee served the way every other Dunkin' Donuts serves it. The employees are severely under managed and the manager has zero customer service respect and just hands out drinks that are not properly made
They have messed up my orders the last two times I have been there in the past week. Don't order food in morning because they mess it up or it is burnt.

I've gone to the same spot 10x cause it's on my way to work. Service is terrible! Everything you buy isn't presentable. Coffee cups are always dirty. Employees are unprofessional. Service is slow. Coffee never tastes the same. They place the donuts upside down where the frosting is sticking onto the bag. To top it all off my coffee had a long hair in it.

Subject: Horrible Experience at Dunkin’ Donuts Drive-Through – July 2nd at 6:45 AM
I’m honestly disgusted by the experience I witnessed at this Dunkin’ Donuts location — specifically with the woman working the drive-through window this morning around 6:45 AM. The Puerto Rican lady at the window was one of the most rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful employees I’ve ever encountered at any fast-food chain.
She gave major attitude over something as simple as splitting an order into two payments — something any normal Dunkin’ would do without blinking. But not her. She acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of her life, rolled her eyes, raised her voice, and had the nerve to talk down to the customer. She even charged the money through the app and didn’t hand over the coffee — so not only was she nasty, she basically stole from a customer and then acted like they were the problem.
This woman had zero customer service skills, came across as angry and trashy, and clearly has no business dealing with the public. She’s the exact reason people stop coming back. I swear, it’s like this Dunkin’ hires more garbage than people who actually know how to treat customers.
And let’s be real — the way your staff speaks to and treats your customers is what keeps them loyal. That woman? She’s a walking example of what drives them away. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, and I’ll personally never go back. She ruined what was already a stressful morning — all before the sun fully came up.
If corporate cares even a little about their brand image, they’d get her out of that window and replace her with someone who at least pretends to give a damn about the job.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts at 6:45 AM on July 2nd, and I’ve never had such a ridiculous experience. The woman at the window gave me attitude simply because I asked to split my order into two separate payments — something every other Dunkin’ I’ve been to has no issue with.
Instead of handling it professionally, she acted like a child, even going as far as to call me one. She’s lucky I didn’t come inside and speak to a manager face-to-face because her tone was completely out of line.
Just because Dunkin’ is on every corner doesn’t mean I have to keep spending money here — especially when the staff lacks basic customer service skills.
Step it up. Hire people who actually want to work instead of rolling their eyes and catching attitudes before sunrise. Total trash experience.

Every single time I go in there, I get the same exact order and they messed it up every time ! And then when I say something about it, I get cussed out ! They all look like they’re hung over every day and look like they’re not capable whatsoever of doing their jobs. Everything is a problem when you say something. All the Dunkins owned by the same person in Newington and you could tell because they’re all run the same way it’s obvious they have issues with employees and management . I started going to the one on New Britain Ave. right on the corner of Main Street and New Britain Ave. in West Hartford Newington line . They are happy to see you when you walk in the door get your right first time and it is clean and a pleasure to walk into . Stop going to the Dunkin in Newington. They are not worth a lick.

Told staff I didn’t want ice in my drink and was told go somewhere else we don’t do that at this location. So I went to another Dunkin and they did what I requested. Avoid this location at all costs.

Really didn’t enjoy that the employee didn’t care to check if my food was correct resulting in me driving away and then checking it and being wrong, unsure why corporate is telling its employees to do their job incorrectly. When I returned to get it fixed they treated and looked at me like I was the one that made the sandwich wrong as well as stealing my receipt that I had to beg for because the associate was not interested in giving it to me. I’m unsure if this staff member was intentionally trying to avoid a survey on the receipt due to this terrible experience that is why I am forced to put my bad experience here.

It’s ridiculous; I ordered a coffee, I tried to redeem my points in store; they got the points; and refused to count it; when I asked; you got the points 500 for any hot drink; they said you put tea not coffee; can you believe it!!???
