Really didn’t enjoy that the employee didn’t care to check if my food was correct resulting in me driving away and then checking it and being wrong, unsure why corporate is telling its employees to do their job incorrectly. When I returned to get it fixed they treated and looked at me like I was the one that made the sandwich wrong as well as stealing my receipt that I had to beg for because the associate was not interested in giving it to me. I’m unsure if this staff member was intentionally trying to avoid a survey on the receipt due to this terrible experience that is why I am forced to put my bad experience here.

It’s ridiculous; I ordered a coffee, I tried to redeem my points in store; they got the points; and refused to count it; when I asked; you got the points 500 for any hot drink; they said you put tea not coffee; can you believe it!!???

Apparently you cannot pay with a 50 dollar bill which I find ridiculous. All cash should be accepted. I had a large order as well, and they still said I couldn't pay. Ridiculous. Then when I tried to call to ask if I could get change and come back, the phone number wasn't even in service. Never going back here.

Usually love this dunkin everyone is so nice but there is a women there must be new. Wow does she have an attitude that if you ask a question she is just down right nasty like she can't be bothered with. Also wouldn't serve my sister bc she had her dog in the back seat. Honestly lets be real here, if i'm gonna spedn money on some sandwhiches and a drink, i expect that to be the only thing charged to my card. I understand mistakes happen and it's normal for things to go a different way, but if i ask you to POLITELY give me my money back for an item i didnt order, i expect that to ne done with no attitude. Why do i have to be given the nastiest responses all because i didnt wanna pay for something i didnt order? Listen i love dunkin, but honestly this was one of my worst experiences here. Not only that, but it's pretty grimey in there and my bacon egg and cheese sandwhich was still cold in the center when i tried to take a bite into it. At least cook my food properly guys.

These employees need to fix their additude. When my mother was handed food they forgot something, she was charged for it and asked for money back and all she was given was additude. Y'all really tried to make my mother look stupid by saying she didn't order it when she was literally charged for it. Why is it so hard for yall to give money back.Me or her don't plan on coming back, and I hope the employee and manager get dealt with. All that additude but once those big lashes ugly are off you look like the donkey from shrek bsfr rn. If you can't handle being nice to the people putting money in your hands don't work there.?

One lady was very rude and had a lot of attitude. She and the manager even made my friend cry. She took our order, then proceeded to tell us we didn’t order something when we were charged for it. My friend was only trying to get her money back, and they also tried to get us inside. The manager also got involved and they just gave us a really hard time. They were giving us so much attitude and being rude. Can’t believe they blame us for forgetting the order or trying to scam us! I think the lady had big lashes as well.

If I could give no stars I would!! Lady at the drive through did not acknowledge me until I asked “can I order” and she told me to “go.” Also never notified me when to drive up so I was just sitting there holding up the line.

Dirty place and the trashes were overflowing. Tables disgusting and the man making sandwiches pushed the trash down with his gloved hand while making my food. GROSS!
