I understand this is a busy location and mistakes happen, but I was disappointed with a portion of my order. I ordered a large chai latte, and I was given a medium poured into a large cup ???♀️ . Also I could barely taste the caramel swirl flavor added in.

Kind of annoyed that everytime I go to this spot in the morning the guy at the window always forgets my donuts. This morning I had to just sit there and look at him for 5 minutes just for him to realize I bought a donut. Then I left, drank the iced coffee and it tasted so sour felt like it had expired milk or something. Gonna go back there after work and just give them the coffee back and hopefully get a refund or something.
