Similar to other Dunkin’ stores, in-store Service was slow. The employees are usually very young and asked to handle drive-through and counter so they are overwhelmed. Donut quality continues to get worse, toppings sparse. I prefer Swiches in Berlin as it’s family-run, not a franchise, much higher quality.

Went threw for a mango daydream refresher and got a cup of mango juice or somthing .. asked wait this is suppose to have cold foam and they said “what’s that “ so I just left and threw it away .. this is one of the worst dunking for sure

Terrible service. You wait 15 minutes at the drive thru just for some to say “I’ll be right with you “ then you sit there for over 20 minutes for them to make a sandwich. Definitely don’t recommend coming to this DD

I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee. I drink their coffee for 30 years while at my job price was reasonable. Now it's occasional because of the expense. Can't afford to eat there too

This is a hard review to write because I really do love me some DD, but this store particularly has made me feel very unwelcome, and as a result I won’t be coming here anymore. I had some errands to do nearby today and I figured I could stop by and just do a little work while waiting for my appointment times. I ordered a cup of coffee and some food, sat on a corner and did that. Now I will say I did stay there for a longer time, and I understand it would not be fair if customers want to sit down and eat their food and there was no sitting available because someone is sitting there for a long time, but this store was completely empty. Not a single customer to witness when I was approached by an employee who said “we have a time limit on how long someone is welcome in the store, you can purchase something else or you can leave”. I apologized for the inconvenience, pack my stuff and left. I guess I was bothering them blasting music so loud I couldn’t hear my thoughts. I would have purchased something else, but I chose to leave and get lunch elsewhere - and to never return of course. I hope this location gets what they are wishing for: no customers. And based on the other reviews I just saw when I came here to share my kinda bad experience they really are putting in the work towards their goal. Good luck!

Went to get a dozen donuts and they gave me most donuts I didn’t select. When I went to get it resolved, they removed the donuts that were already taken out of the store and placed them back with the other donuts, fixed it and sent me on my way. I then ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese for my coworker, they gave me a blueberry one. I keep calling to speak to a manager no answer and they gave me no receipt! Terrible customer service.

You’re paying for your coffee; you’re a paying customer. So, when I express concern about my coffee not being prepared properly, why wouldn’t you want to remake my order and ensure I’m satisfied? Instead, they didn’t attend to me or even offer to remake it. Making the customer happy encourages them to return to your store. The unprofessional attitudes are unacceptable. If you don’t want to work, find another job, but that doesn’t give you the right to treat customers however you please. Sadly, If I can give them 0 stars, I would absolutely do so.
