This was my first time coming to this Dunkin n from a managers point of view their staff was on point and ve ATTENTIVE with their job.. There was only 2 employees working the front and the store got busy,they both worked together to get the job done. However one of the staff members stood out to me JESS SHE WAS VERY ASSERTIVE AND VERY SUFFICIENT WITH HER JOB. WE need more "Jess" in this world. Thanks crew keep up the good job. Needed a quick pick me up. I ordered a Small butter pecan iced coffee with cream and sugar. Coffee was not fresh. Taste like it was burned or sitting all day and had a watered down taste. Not blended very well. Got home added more creamer and ice to my cup. Tasted a lot better
I have a Dunkin addiction, go there multiple times a week and I’ve never had anything hit positive experiences. This place is the exception. Been there a few times and never again, employees are rude and take twice as long to complete orders than at other Dunkin’s. Don’t even get me started on the way they treat delivery drivers, saw them practically bullying one today to the point that she almost started crying. Avoid this location at all costs.

this dunkin has to be the most unfriendliness, petty and rude customer service ever! i used to come here every morning for my breakfast but stop and decided to go somewhere else but today i decided to give it another chance but each time i come here it’s always a long wait the line is back up all the way too the door. the workers just ignore you no “i’ll be right with you” or “welcome to dunkin give me one moment” nothing just rudeness and attitude. i don’t understand why work morning shift if you’re not a morning person. just a mad sour face. every time my food is always burnt and hard. dunkin need to hire more professional people with good training. sad

Tonight another night, ordered 2 hot cocos and both taste like hot water, AGAIN. During the sumer their frozen coffee machine is never working. A couple of times had friendly service, but more times than not, they made you feel like your just in the way.... they are temperamental in their service.. meaning, you never know what your walking into. I'm tired of being let down by them.
