I got a egg and sausage on sour dough bread and hash browns on 12/30/25 threw door dash the hash browns was burnt the egg in the middle on the sandwich was still frozen sausage was cold I been trying to call the store in Newington on Kelsey st nobody never picks up

Man oh man is everyone having a bad day. I said good morning and was ignored, along with the person after me whom left over it. There was no help in any questions I asked and I was the only person in line and waited 6+ minutes to be spoken to. I’ll pass on this location!

This was my first time coming to this Dunkin n from a managers point of view their staff was on point and ve ATTENTIVE with their job.. There was only 2 employees working the front and the store got busy,they both worked together to get the job done. However one of the staff members stood out to me JESS SHE WAS VERY ASSERTIVE AND VERY SUFFICIENT WITH HER JOB. WE need more "Jess" in this world. Thanks crew keep up the good job. OH N LEA I LOVE THE PINK. Thanks love lashes

Needed a quick pick me up. I ordered a Small butter pecan iced coffee with cream and sugar. Coffee was not fresh. Taste like it was burned or sitting all day and had a watered down taste. Not blended very well. Got home added more creamer and ice to my cup. Tasted a lot better
