This restaurant is one of my favorites for the staffs friendliness but too see a server, Renee, running around with 8 tables and no help was absurd. Renee is a great server and anyone can see that by her welcoming and kind personality. I hope this isn’t something that’s consistent.

i love this place but was extremely hurt to see one of the hardest working women i know doing a whole busy shift by herself while her supervisor was sitting on her phone.My server was Rennee and she never dissapoints but was what dissapointing was seeing her running around with no help.

Hadn’t been to Friendly’s in a while due to slow service and food quality, but today was an exception to that. Alba our server was friendly and prompt with service and our order was prepared quickly and accurately! Our dining experience was far better than it had been in years! Heading back there soon.

I absolutely loved our server, Tina. She was so friendly and recommended the Fish a majig sandwich which I had and it was a good choice. She was such a delight I gave her a hug on my way out. Make sure you keep her around !

First I was sat at a dirty table. That was not wiped down and had food crumbs all over it. My husband and daughter ate and I wanted my food to go. My husband burger bread was so hard we could hear him tapping it with his fingers. The server gave us someone else bill. He got a banana split to go. We live 3 mins away. Came home and his banana split was sad looking. We spent $60 on a meal that wasn’t worth that. Won’t be going back!
I hadn’t been to Friendly’s in years, but was looking for a place to go with my two-year-old son and of all of the hundreds of choices on the Berlin Turnpike, I saw Friendly’s and decided I wanted to show him a glimpse of my childhood, so we stopped in. We were immediately greeted by Tina, who gave us the warmest welcome and handed my son his own “fun pack”. She then proceeded to give us both crowns that said “Let’s Party” on them. Tina was attentive and friendly with everyone in the restaurant. She gave us extra crayons and extra coloring pages without asking. She addressed my son by his name the entire time and made him smile and laugh. I didn’t eat but he enjoyed his food, especially the BYO sundae. The only thing I am sad about is I accidentally left his color changing spoon there! We don’t live nearby, but if we come back, we hope Tina is there because she really knows how to make people feel special, especially the kids. Tina truly turns a simple lunch into an “experience”!

My sister and I came to Friendly’s to celebrate what would’ve been our grandfather’s 96th birthday (he passed in January). Our server, Tina, didn’t know that but she provided the best service and experience! She had such great energy and made everything so much fun. We loved her personality and warm presence. My sister and I would like to think that maybe our grandfather knew we needed some cheering up and sent Tina our way. Thank you so much, Tina <3
