Our delivery order for Sunday Kit for 6 ppl was missing all the cones and whip cream.the manager made it right but we had to wait for dash again. Please note orders must be checked and rechecked because staff isn’t focused at work.

I love taking my girls for lunch at Friendly's. We had such a great time. The only problem is that their staff is not familiar with the app or promotions. Now it is not the staff's fault completely, there is also some responsibility of Friendly's to explain to the consumer how to use the app.

I recently visited this Friendly's and had an amazing experience, thanks to Tina. From the moment I walked in, her big, beautiful personality made her presence felt. She greeted us from across the restaurant, making us feel immediately welcomed. Although she wasn't our waitress, Tina went above and beyond.
