Amanda stopped by our clinic today with samples of their chicken and all the sides, and wow!! Everything was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and she was so thoughtful that she even included plates and silverware for everyone. Amanda is their catering/ events manager and was super sweet and fun to chat with. Thank you, Amanda, for brightening our Friday (and spoiling us with delicious food)!
Cashiers are super nice, and the inside is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. Even the bathrooms. Great spot. Fries nice, fresh, and hot!! Give them some love at this location and check it out!!

I happened to be at a store next door and got hungry so I went inside the Haven Hot Chicken in Newington. I was hesitant to get something because I never tried the food there, but Alfred went above and beyond to explain everything that was on the menu. He was very detailed and passionate about the food and the history of it of the restaurant. My husband and I decided to both get the sandwich combo and boy was it delicious. 100 percent recommend

What is going in at the Stores location? None of the take out orders are right. Had to come back 2 min to pick up the rest of my order(my bad for not checking before I left) ugh!! Not sure I need hot haven chicken in my life again

Visited the Middletown ct restaurant. Clean , professional and outstanding southern chicken. The manger was awesome and was very friendly.
I tried Haven Hot Chicken for the first time today, ordered a Tendie Duo Combo Mild. I tried all three sauces and by far the sweet sauce is my favorite; completely changed the game for me when it comes to chicken and tenders at that! The tenders are just about 3oz a piece so juicy & crispy with the right amount of spice. But if you like them hot they have that option too! Sarah took my order and filled me in on all there was to know about Haven Hot Chicken in Storrs & helped me to select what I wanted, & it didn’t take them long to prep my order for take out, amazing customer service! I must say I love the dine in set up as well & the restaurant was immaculately clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
