Do NOT order the sirloin steak tips, it's deceitful. Lack of customer service skills too. I do not recommend at all. We went there on christmas day. My husband doesn't like to eat out just any where because he is a picky eater but when we do go some where that he tries new and likes the food it's a blessing for me as we will eat there more frequently. He ordered the sirloin steak tips. They were sweet! I even tried them. Yuck! Sirloin steak is suppose to be a savory meal. Told that to the guy who brought the food to our table, he took it back and just brought back the same exact steak tips just heated. Complained to the waitress when she came back to our table, she expressed that, that was how it came to them preseasoned and didn't even offer a substitution, Awful customer service. The meal was still charged in full not even a slight discount, $17 for a plate of sugary beef that went to the trash. My mom and sister kept insisting that we shouldn't leave a tip, but my husband is still a kind person and tipped $10 to the waitress because it was christmas but in all honesty, doesn't even have the slightest of good customer service skills. Not a great experience. I also had a piece of plastic stuck to my egg, at first I thought it was just a burnt piece but it was not. Posting in the images. I didn't complain about the plastic because obviously this waitress could of caredless if we were enjoying our meal or not. I was hoping this would of been a good day and meal because I have been a long time fan of IHop but due to the lack of customer service, and awful tasting meat at IHop. It's more than likely a place we will no longer revisit, regardless of town, state. We will stick to Denny's for breakfast.

If I could give it 0, I would. This restaurant took my online order, never received the food and after calling over 10 times, they do not answer and instead hand up the call. As I pregnant women I just wanted pancakes, but after this experience, I never want to see a Ihop again. This is the most unprofessional restaurant that I had come across. And never received a refund.

The server we had gave me the worst anxiety! She repeatedly kept snatching plates and cups from our table without even excusing herself or waiting until we were done. She was literally running past ppl and dropping things. I was handed the tab “I’ll be back when you’re set with that” YET! Waited fidgeting beside the table and as soon I took my card out of my wallet I see a hand snatch the card and receipt. She also did this with my plate, I was putting a piece of bread in my mouth and she snatched the plate without saying a word. Oh last but not least if you scan your receipt for points do at the table IMMEDIATELY! I scan it for my daughter since she’s in college and uses the rewards. Nope! It states the code was already used most likely at the end of the night by employees. I spent 50.00 for the worst breakfast experience ever!!!! Go to a local diner you’re better off!

The Spanish manager has a nasty attitude the young girls working there has nasty attitude evertime I go there im met with attitude I dont want attitude with my food or if I dont get the attitude my food be right there waiting to be cold
