I got there at 7:00pm the door is closed and the waiter says there closed even though she was just taking a groups order and the door says they close at 10pm very rude very unprofessional

Came here on a Friday night 7/25/2025 at 9:03pm and they're closed literally pulled in and they shut the light off saw employees walk to their cars unbelievable drove here for disappointment, maybe update your hours so people don't waste their time !

I went there yesterday, and the guy who took us to the table all the way in the back, didn’t make sure that the area was cleaned. The floor where we sat was nasty they never swept all the eggs that was on the floor the table was sticky we cleaned it and on the. Never going back again

TL;DR Love the place! Avoid Tomas
I love the food and the other servers, but Tomas... I've kept this in for so long but my brother in Christ I can't stand that server 😭 We've had three separate incidents with that man and that's the reason why I can't come here if I know he's there.
The first incident we had with Tomas he had us waiting for nearly an hour because he gave our food to the wrong table. Whatever, I'm not going to make a big deal about it and the situation was made a little better when he offered to give us some drinks for free. But then he completely forgot about the drinks and we had to ask him TWICE about it, and then he eventually gave us our food and our drinks but at what cost. My friend gave him their card to pay for our meal and he charged them twice, so we had to come back the next day to get it corrected but he sorta fled the scene.
The second incident is when we ordered and he gave our side pancakes to the wrong table. Things happen, I get it, so we didn't fuss about it. But AGAIN it took him another 20 minutes to bring them out since he kept forgetting. We paid via the app this time so he couldn't charge us twice like the first experience.
Third experience he kept forgetting about our refills; multiple times he would check in on the tables around us but us, and when we would ask him if he could just get out refills he would disappear and not come back. We paid through the app again and we just left without our refills, or else we would've never left the building 💀
Last time we went we were almost stuck with Tomas again, until my friend asked the manager if we could get anyone BUT him and they obliged without any question. His reaction to our request was very understanding, which means they're probably aware of Tomas and all his complaints! Please do something or talk to the guy, I have to constantly avoid getting him as a server or coming here in general because I don't know how I'll react if I'm stuck with him taking my order 🤦🏻♀️ So the place is great and all the other servers are wonderful! Just NOT him!

I Came here for breakfast with my wife on a Sunday morning. The Service was fast and friendly. Waiter answered all questions we had. I ordered 2 eggs, hash-browns , 2 pancakes, 2 slices of bacon, 2 pieces of ham , 2 pieces of sausage. Food came out quickly. The pancakes were delicious. The other food was mhhh okay. My suggestion is definitely stick to the pancakes and you can’t go wrong. I would also say to stay away from the hash browns. They didn’t taste good at all.

This is the 2nd year in a row we've gone to IHOP on national pancake day and have seen ONE waiter/waitress worker. Probably one of the most busiest days in they have one person doing everything. The wait was 1 hour because the server only sat 2 parties. He then proceeded to take our order then disappear in the back until we were finished. We were the only ones sat, and there was about 4 parties sitting in the lobby. It was the wildest experience ever... And I'm not very happy with my southington IHOP

I went to pick up order during a snow storm. My order was confirmed and payment accepted. I drove to store to find out store closed at 6. I placed order prior to this. I tried reaching out to corporate to resolve but was ignored. I tried getting managers attention inside to see why i was never notified my order wouldn't be made even though it was confirmed and what i saw was disgusting. There was a manager inside near front door smoking a cigarette. I really didn't want to post this online but since corporate ignored my complaint i was left with no choice. I haven't been back since and have no plans on returning.

My family of 6 came in the first thing they told us that there was a 20% gratuity automatic which I didn't have a problem but I expected a dissent service. Instead what we somebody with a bad edited to get us coffee it took a long time then when we finally got it we had to wait for cream and suger . Then after we got the our food we never saw the server aging until the check which the was the only thing that we got fast. Won't be going back there again!!!
