I was at Jersey Mike's for the "Day of Giving" when all proceeds of sales go to the local charities, currently the "Make A Wish Foundation." I placed a phone order for pick-up. When I arrived, there was a dedicated employee at the online/phone order pickup, and it was very organized. Great job by the management on such a busy day!!!!

This is definitely a take out atmosphere but they have a very friendly and efficient system. Great service. They slice the meat to order right in front of you and all the ingredients are fresh. If you are hungry and don't know where to eat, you can always depend on Jersey Mike's ? I highly recommend the Club Supreme and the Philly Chz Steak ?

I have been going there since they opened and this is the first time I am disappointed. The grinder tasted like it was all roll. It had very little meat compared to my past visits and the rolls in the past were not as fat and tasted better. I hope they are not getting rolls from a new supplier.

We like Jersey Mike's, and generally expect a good visit whenever we go. This time we're promised by John (not Jon or Jawn) that we were going to love our sandwiches, especially because we were in the number one Connecticut store, the number 3 Nationwide. They did not disappoint. We enjoyed our well made, top quality subs today. They run a tight ship there, and it works like a well oiled machine. Keep up the great work Newington!

1.11.24 I was there Service really SUCKS in there took someone like 5mins just take my order and it wasn’t busy either.. they all talking in there to each other about nothing ppl just PLAIN RUDE they none of them change there gloves as often as they should when customers come in cause they touch everything and COVID and now RSV going around.. very BAD SERVICE here in newington I really didn’t wanna get nothing in there.. but I did smh
