The other night my wife and I had chicken pesto pasta. It was crunchy throughout. Kind of Ike someone dropped it on the ground and accumulated dirt and I ate it. 😐 Had it many time from here and it has never been like that. Something is messed up about this meal..

If you order food to go make sure they don't put 20 items in one bag. The bag fell getting it to the car besides two pizzas. I had to ask for a separate bag for the cold items,a salad and a piece of lemon cake. Needless to say I had to bring in the bag they overloaded. They had to replace stuff. They missed the celery for the wings. I requested two bags instead of jamming it all into one again. When I checked the salad that was ordered they didn't put the goat cheese in that was requested. So if you order from here make sure they don't pack or overload the bag so it spills out. Also make sure they don't screw you on any of your items.

Good food, ALWAYS busy, so call ahead. The staff was friendly, and accommodated (other) difficult tables with grace. Would go back again.
Suggestions: pasta, pizza and calamari. Detroit Pizza is amazing.
The only real issue I had was how dirty the bathrooms were.

i absolutely love joeys, i’m a frequent visitor here and they never fail to satisfy. i normally get the philly cheesesteak eggroll appetizers served with their chipotle aioli sauce and it is SOO good and soo fresh everytime. i also regularly get their wings, garlic parm to be exact, and the crunch and flavor is insane. as for my drink, (not listed on the menu) i get a toasted almond and it’s so creamy and delicious everytime. — service is always impeccable! this place is great for celebrations, casual dining with friends, family time, and even a nice dim lit bar for a night out to yourself. 10/10 recommend.

People tend to park in the spots designated for online order pick up. Which is really annoying. They also take forever to bring your food. I say this because I showed up 20 minutes after the time stamp I was given. I had to go inside to grab the food. The food is always great though !

My sister-in-law and I ordered takeout for our entire family tonight, and not just one item but the entire order was messed up. Our instructions were completely disregarded, including adding peppers to sandwiches that we explicitly asked not to have them due to allergies. That is absolutely outrageous. We paid a little over $100 for this order, and this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

I ordered a large meat pie for takeout and waited about 30 minutes. When we got to the car, we realized the order was incorrect. We went back inside, and the manager handled it extremely well—she refunded the order and quickly remade the correct pie without any hassle. Mistakes happen, but the customer service at Joey Garlics was excellent. Really appreciated how professionally and promptly everything was taken care of. Will definitely be back!
