Barely spoke English and said sorry not my problem. Very frustrating, couldn't relate that I wanted a fish fillet. A simple fish sandwich. Forget asking for condiments. Prices were thru the roof. Wanted sixteen dollars for a double cheeseburger and fries!! Wendy Bacon double cheeseburger was Three dollars. Unreal. I left. If you are going to subject the customer to this problem when hungry and lunch time. Nope....

Good luck getting help if you don't speak Spanish. I used my Google translator and it translated. What the staff was talking about and all. Staff was doing was bad mouthing the Customers. If you can't Speak Spanish go to another McDonald's. They won't help English speaking customers.

The WORST SERVICE OR Lack of would be an understatement. I placed a $25 order online, upon arriving to the restaurant i pulled into drive-thru and went back and forth trying to give them the code only to be told I was at the wrong restaurant. I pulled into a parking spot embarrassed of what I thought was my error only to confirm I was in fact rt the correct address. I go thru same drive-thru with a receipt pulled up but got nowhere. After 30 min of charades, I decided to go inside to better handle the situation or just place a new order at this point but after spending 15 min in line while watching paid customers getting furious by the minute due to the extreme wait and the "excuse me" being completely ignored I decided to cut my loses and save my sanity.....if you are looking for a fast food place this is NOT THE MCDONALD'S YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR, STAY AWAY AND GO TO THE NEXT ONE!!!!

Wow, the food is horrible, paid $33 dollars for hotgarbage in a bag. I was in this location at 8:15 got home at 8:25 and the food is clearly couple hours old. Pure garbage.

So people you know we work in America and their people that do not speak English and I try to order my food and they gave it to me incorrectly absolute bullshit. My food was upside down inside out smelt like donkey piss and I am very upset over this establishment.

People be aware, I'm exposing mcdonalds for this because this is serious and unexceptable. Anytime I order online and go to any mcdonalds location that I've been to so far, they will have your order on the in progress screen them move orders over to now serving when orders aren't even done. They do this lying to make there locations look good so they will score 100% employees and managers at these locations try to make it look like there getting all orders out fast when in reality there lazy and working slow. Mcdonalds needs to get there act together lol

Terrible service. Manager confirmed orders that I was picking up by name and codes I gave him. He refused to make the third order, claiming it was cancelled. I showed him proof that the order was paid for and not canceled. It even said in progress. He then started yelling to everyone that I cancelled the order and was trying to get free food. Another worker agreed to make the food because it was paid for, but he didn’t let her. He threatened to call the police and made me re-pay for the food. Don’t go here.
