Came here for lunch this week. I enjoyed my food and the service was prompt. There was a salsa bar as well. I got the homewrecker burrito and it was filling. Definitely a far better experience in food, cleanliness, and service, than at a very local competitor. Rating it three stars for the limited menu.

genuinely the saddest burrito i’ve seen in my life, i mean is this not ridiculous? there is barely anything in this burrito. i know i only got chicken, rice, pico, shredded cheese, and sour cream inside, but that doesn’t mean it has to be tiny. i’ve worked in the food industry before, and i know that when someone takes something off the order (like having no beans) then you substitute it by adding more of the other things they asked for in their food. i don’t EVER write reviews but this isn’t the first time this has happened at this moes location. don’t think i’ll ever buy again from here…

The days of "Welcome to Moe's" have officially come to an end. While no one was overtly rude, none of the employees were particularly friendly either. On a Saturday night, it was clear that there were too many restless employees with nothing to do. Perhaps if customer service improved, the restaurant wouldn’t be so empty. Why go to Moe's anymore when the customer service is lacking and a small selection of add-ons costs over $30? I can just go down the street to Taco Bell for a larger selection, better customer service, and cheaper prices.

This was the most depressing Moe’s I been to they weren’t happy just depressed to be working there. I get time is hard but skimping out on meat just to fill the rest in with rice is crazy. But what’s crazier is watching a crew member mix food around with her finger.
Terrible experience. Employees are unhelpful and rude. Every time I place an online order they put toppings I didn’t want or order on my food. Good luck getting a refund when they mess up.

Not only is the food ALWAYS cold, you will never get the sides you pay for so don't bother. I order delivery while at work and the past 2 times I paid for a side of queso and never received it but am certainly charged for it! I emailed Moes corporate and have not received a response either. Save your money or spend it elsewhere.

Probably the worst Moe’s location I have ever been to. They were out of tofu when we walked in. Although they made more (which took 15 minutes), it was not busy AT ALL so clearly they were not prepared and didn’t think ahead when they originally ran out. Further, the first girl in the line who pressed the tacos/burritos was very unfriendly and acted pissed off the whole time. The guy next in line was also very unfriendly and was extremely skimpy on the quacamole (less than a teaspoon in each taco). The rest of the employees were fine. Overall, this Moes was incredibly disappointing in so many ways. My group spent as much time waiting for their orders as we would in a sit down restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs.
