We ordered several items to try because we’d never had Nigerian food. Wow, I loved everything except one soup that was fishy and slimy. I think it had okra in it, hence the slime, and I never eat okra. I think the descriptions of the food could be more detailed so one might avoid personal dislikes. I give 5 stars for food, but only 3 for service because takeout errors can’t really be fixed. Despite the ordering issues I highly recommend this restaurant and I think it would be a great spot for date night! They tried to make up for the mistakes and gave us 4 meat pies to bake at home which were very good, slightly reminiscent of Jamaican beef patties but not spicy hot. Delicious! Try this authentic Nigerian addition to our area. I wish I’d known about it right away.

I was about to run come with full speed to give a really great review, but I’m upset. I started going to this restaurant about a year ago. I ate about 5 times and the egusi was very oily and would make my stomach ache so bad. So I haven’t had it in like 5 months. But today I was craving it so bad, so I ordered on Uber eats and I am beyond annoyed. I ordered egusi with goat and an extra side order of egusi. I started eating the side order with the FUFu and then decided to try the goat. When I opened the container I was so disappointed. In the middle of the bowl I was one big piece of bone and a piece of goat skin. After spending almost $40, they got me messed up. Overall the egusi was fantastic and not oily at all, but that piece of goat bone was so disrespectful. No meat. Just one piece of bone. I am not happy at all. And they get away with this because you’re ordering on an app.

The food was delicious!! It was my first time having Nigerian food. OMG! The catfish pepper was spicy and so tasteful! The elegusi with fufu was so delicious !! The fish that they used in the elegusi was yummy ! The food is fresh and smells amazing.I got elegusi with fufu , and spicy catfish soup with white rice.The restaurant is huge and immaculate. A lot of seating. The decorations is Nigerian theme with a huge TV and pretty big couches and chairs . I felt so comfortable in there waiting for my food.The wait was not long. The young girl that took my order was so friendly and smiling . She was beautiful! Her mother was sitting next to her as she took my order. She was very friendly. I love that! She was even joking with me.I am so sad that I live far from away from this amazing , authentic Nigerian restaurant.Customers were coming in and out as I waited . Americans came in there ordering jollyoff rice.

Just happened to be in area getting a pedicure, and wanted to try some African food...Definitely a waste of time and money,I ordered Jollof of rice and I seen lady behind counter go in back room and get a tray of rice that was made day prior...Food wasn't fresh and chicken was terrible, they didn't have plantains, and charged me $5 for a Cola.I definitely won't return nor recommend.

Great atmosphere food is ok no good portion and they charge you for tiny pieces of meat to ad to your soup because this is their way of making extra money staff is not nice as other restaurants they need to get it together seriously oh…… you can forget calling they don’t pick up the phone and if they do no food left don’t think that’s a good thing it’s because lots of time they don’t offer everything on the menu. My husband is Nigerian he likes to support his people but people need to support you to as customers one hand washes the other .

I hardly ever leave bad reviews especially for places I like! I eat here often but today I was very disappointed! I got one of my fav’s goat and jollof rice with what was suppose to have extra goat meat.. I don’t know why I didn’t check before I left but I definitely didn’t get the extra meat I paid for! This was the usual serving I get when i normally order. Of course when I tried to call.. it just goes unanswered! Just disappointed after driving so far to get it.

I cant wait to come back!!! The food was delicious & as you can see the portions were plenty. I added extra fish with my rice but it does come with a protein of your choosing. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I had some questions and she was very patient with me and descriptive I appreciate that. I definitely recommend!
