I have been coming to this store for years and I cannot say enough about the employees and service. I’m always met with a smile and a friendly hello. Employees like Jahzia, Alex, Kylie, Summer, Brittney, Janelle, Ava…they honestly keep me coming back everyday. I do wish there was more seating. This is the best Starbucks in the area, hands down.

AWFUL Customer Service. Their employees are rude, disrespectful and even throw objects like cups and coffee at the customers. Do NOT go to this Starbucks. You will have issues with your purchases and they will not resolve the problems in a professional manner. They would rather act like animals, threatening to hit the customers. So much for the “customer is always right” I wanted my drink remade or a refund Again, save yourself the hassle. The cops have been called to this establishment because of their employees.

When I got to the Starbucks it was very very busy. There were only two baristas working, but it was very obvious that they were very experienced and they had a system going. My order was taken, I got in line to pick it up. I got my frappuccino, iced cherry chai, grilled cheese, & chocolate chip cookie quite quickly considering there were about 6 people ahead of me. Both baristas were very friendly, whilst being efficient. Once I got to my car I tried my frappuccino and I wished I'd tried it in the store so I could have complimented the barista -- it was one of the best fraps I'd had in a while! SO good! Definitely stopping here next time I'm in town!!!
Vegetarian options: They don't really have a huge selection of food for vegetarians or non-vegetarians... And the food is rather expensive just like the coffee. It's more like do you want a snack? I think they have a couple things that are vegetarian? I don't know. I'm not vegetarian. They do have nut milks- which I put in my coffee because milk milk is gross.
Parking: No drive through. A little hard to find compared to other Starbucks stores, this one's in a small outdoor mall. The mall is a right angle... with the Starbucks located in the very corner.
Kid-friendliness: Pretty much. There's nothing there to deter children, but there's nothing there to attract them either.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. It's in an outdoor mall.

I bought a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, which was delicious, then I’ve been told I can’t get my cold brew refill. Which means that workers don’t know basic Starbucks policies.

Remodeled Starbucks, already dirty and unkept. First thing in morning floors, chairs, tables, dirty. Obviously they don’t clean at the end or beginning of the day.

I had probably the rudest treatment I’ve ever had in a Starbucks by Darla. She treated me less than human and will try everything I can for others to know not to go back here. It was interesting though because she gave great service to other people while I was there, so I’m not sure if it was because I’m black but it was unacceptable. If you don’t know how to give customer service find a new job
