I have been coming to this store for years and I cannot say enough about the employees and service. I’m always met with a smile and a friendly hello. Employees like Jahzia, Alex, Kylie, Summer, Brittney, Janelle, Ava…they honestly keep me coming back everyday. I do wish there was more seating. This is the best Starbucks in the area, hands down.
When I got to the Starbucks it was very very busy. There were only two baristas working, but it was very obvious that they were very experienced and they had a system going. My order was taken, I got in line to pick it up. I got my frappuccino, iced cherry chai, grilled cheese, & chocolate chip cookie quite quickly considering there were about 6 people ahead of me. Both baristas were very friendly, whilst being efficient. Once I got to my car I tried my frappuccino and...
I hate to knock this location down a couple stars because the staff and service are fantastic! However, since the renovation the entire ambience of how it feels inside the shop has changed for the worse. Prior to the renovation this shop felt cozy and relaxing to sit down and get your work done, now it feels cold on the inside, also they've removed a bunch of seating, so you'd need to get lucky if you want to sit down and get your work done. I hope they add more seating...
