I’m here regularly because I work in the plaza by it, also in food service, so I know how much it can suck. That out of the way, several employees here are just flat out mean. There are some that are great, but I’ve had enough uncomfortable experiences here that I won’t be returning even if it’s the closest Starbucks to my workplace. I have heard employees say downright nasty things about each other and other customers. The final straw for me was when I was in the other day an employee made some kind of a mistake entering in a customer’s drink order in the drive thru and the two employees at the espresso machines started outright talking about how stupid she was. I was one of probably 10 people gathered around waiting for drink orders. There’s just no reason for that. I don’t care how stressful the job is and really I get it. I don’t know what kind of management is letting an environment like this foster, but if you look at past reviews, it’s clearly been building for a long time.

By far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I asked for a White Choclate Mocha Frappuccino. I received a white as snow cinnamon tasting disgusting drink. 3 different people made it claiming that’s how they make it there. Every time it was this cinnamon drink. Not one person knew how to make this drink.To make matters worse I asked for a refund. Instead they charged me for the drink again. So for the fourth time I had to go back into the store to get a refund on not one but two drinks. The frustration was so real.

ordered a venti and it was not filled all the way to the top. also ordered a coffee that didn’t taste like what i had asked for. also it took a large amount of time for a mobile order and a single drink. definitely not impressed.
