There is only 1 person that works here that understands good friendly service. The girl with the crooked nose ring needs to know how to treat people and a smile goes a long way to customers. Also put customers first. She rolls her eyes at questions from other employees and shows no interest at all in the customer who's ordering things. Come on management. Do better! Teach your employees how to treat people. Then you change your credit card machine to ASK FOR A TIP? ? ?. No.
Maybe if you didn't grunt at me you'd get a tip.

Been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt on making my grinder toasted and everytimei end up disappointed. The order would be under my bf name. His grinder would be fine. But the order says toasted, my reciept shows toasted, but I get it home and it's cold and not toasted. If I wanted my grinder cold I would not have it toasted. And today's grinder should've been cuz the app said toasted for my grinder

Honestly have been a fan of subway for a long time but after this visit it’ll be hard to go back. The meatballs were black and rock hard. They even had an off putting smell. Disappointed is an understatement

It is hit or miss here. There is one guy and one lady that works here that are very friendly, then the rest are like robots, that don't know how to joke, laugh, talk, and stare at you with this deadpan face. Zero customer service skills. But what's worse, they started this ridiculous GUILT TRIP TIP nonsense that many people are doing that you have to now skip past. I'm not tipping you! You're not serving me at a table! Maybe if you made me feel welcome I might.

I ordered some subs yesterday from this location and I think they're the last culprit of the awful food poisoning I experienced later that day. It was pretty bad, so I won't be returning.

Compared to other subways, these subs were sloppily thrown together. I would not be surprised if they failed to take proper cross contamination precautions.

My Subway monster 6 inch for $9.49 was a huge disappointment. I expected a little more especially for twice the price of a normal 6 inch.
